Weapon crate special structure for different squad types

The intention of this suggestion is to incentivize teamwork and to better equip players that may not have as much unlocked while still giving points to the players handing out weapons.

Essentially weapons that are ordinarily locked to a certain class (also determined by the weapons in the yellow upgrade tab), are given 1 crate can be built by that squad.

Limitations:

  • The squad that built the crate CANNOT pick up weapons from it

  • Each player is limited to one weapon from the crate

  • Each crate has up to 3 weapons

  • The weapons must all be “dropped” (the carriers killed) before that crate is allowed to be placed again

  • The weapons in the crate come from weapons placed in it in the loadout screen, allowing for higher “grade” weapons to be put in the crate, however, the weapons must be owned by the player.

  • Limited to SMGs, Shotguns, Rifles, Snipers, *AT Rifles, (again only weapons that are upgradeable in the yellow tab)

  • Special note: it was a suggested add to make only RIFLEMEN able to pick up weapons from crates. I do think this would definitely help reduce spam of OP weapons on already strong classes.

Benefits:

  • Players that may not have as good of equipment can benefit from this
  • It would help to better equip the extra rifleman troops
  • The player that placed the crate gets assists from any kills with that weapon
  • It can provide a better way to source reliable weapons than just picking them up off the ground
  • Destroying enemy crates can yield high points according to how many weapons were left in the crate

This would only help group up tryhards communicating via discord, since rest of playerbase aren’t capable to build even rally points or ammo boxes.

Its still helpful to the game as a whole. Even if not all the players wish to make use of them.

I think it’s unnecessary game mechanics that would give advantages only to those who already doesn’t need them. I think newcomers couldn’t even understand it’s point or concept, it just seems overcomplicated of what it is. It really doesn’t give benefits to random f2p guys who are soloing random queues.

But that’s only my opinion about it. If devs would implement it in the end, I wouldn’t care. I am wasting enough time with building rally points and ammo boxes, so I wouldn’t build this anyway. I want to do something different than build 5 different structures lol. So I would most probably just ignore it.

This game rewards stupid people not smart people

Various fun ideas, but I think it is also important to understand that this game is not like HLL or SQUADS, it is more arcade-like and the fast-paced game development is the fun part.
