Rip to my lineups. I wish PPS-43 would have different magazines than PPS-42. Or that we could get some different smg now. Maybe PPK-41 with 35 rounds? We could give it 500rpm.

its ridiculous how nerds still argue, even though the situation is - using all the current data - solved:
- recent, clearly documented & tested technical data of multiple guns around the world state the same, high fire rate
- old ww2 sources without any clear technical data state slower fire rates → for the old sources to be of higher relevance than the new ones, they would need to provide clear sources for how these numbers were created. a random number in an old book doesnt mean anything if the book doesnt provide proofs for how these numbers were tested.

Well yes the problem is some prototype weapons cant be tested so we must trust the source but weapons that we have and are even sold on the market can be tested. So Type 99 is not some super rear weapon of WW 2 that cant be tested.

It was much powerful than anything that Germany has there, it was a 2nd best BR2 smg for Soviets only PPS-42 is better due precision. But since you don’t care about balance and just cry for op stuff for Soviets you wouldn’t care you just asked for Soviet TMNT armor buff.

It’s pretty underwhelming for BP limited weapon. Especially if extremely bad sights are considered.
They should at least reduce its reload speed to something like 2.2sec.
Otherwise, why should I want to play it over other Japanese BR2 smgs in its current state? Especially if own premium variant as well.
So we have another BR I weapon in Tier 3 research…
and what’s the reason of keeping Carcano M91 in BR II? The clip?

Well they can give it Type 1 SMG rate of fire but its hard to balance this weapons since the research on them is not ready so all of them are not historically correct neither type 1 or type 2 had semi auto mods. They had 5 rate of fire mods from slow to fast but how fast we don’t exactly know.
The premium version of the type 1 has received a rpm buff and probably shouldn’t be at br2 anymore.
Are you out of your mind? By diversity, do you mean just a decrease in the combat rating for a weapon that wasn’t particularly outstanding in the first place? What’s the point? Who would use this shit now, and why?

Well MP 28 has 630 rate of fire the premium Type 1 has 620 so im not sure the SIG 690 so more likely they better buff the gold order weapon. Considering its premium squad without even an anti tank I dont think its good enough for BR III. Why would you buy it if you can just use SIG. SIG and Beretta are BR III weapons much better then Type 1.

No the premium type 1 smg has a rpm of 710 not 620, I think your confusing it with the BP variant of the type 1 (the BP variant doesn’t need uptiering, just the premium variant)
It just feels like damage control for their previous update. And every other change is overshadowed by this feeling.
