Type 99 got nerfed to rate of fire 550 they better give it 700 and leave it BR III.
But it didn’t have 700 rpm irl
So to recap, the ONLY real change is the Uragan at last put in it’s correct br,
And Japan damage control.
It feels a bit (lot) lackluster, after waiting for so long.
You know your “soon™” stopped being funny ages ago, yes?

It has 700 rate of fire in every museum you can check only in the books they said it has 550. Its an artefact that we have preserved and can be tested and it was tested. What the books state doesn’t matter if you have the weapon and you can test it. I would take the book as a first source only if there is no artifact that can be tested.

At least change its rof and reload speed to match the type Hei 10.
Now it’s just straight power creep. Like we needed this weapon to be BR3.
Now Japan is officially without a single BR4 rifle.

I don’t think the devs care about BR4, they know people don’t play it becauee of the risk of being sent to BR5 (particularly for Japan) and thus don’t mind if there is nohing there.

The actual LMG that we have then a book you know they didnt had the technology to test the rate of fire now we have a camera its hard to fire a single bullet with Type 99 while with Type 96 you can try them. Its not super rear weapon. I trust the weapon there is excellent replicas also that you can buy and type 96 and type 99 have different rate of fire.

The paper sources can be mistaken Japan had no technology to test the actual rate of fire of a weapon that we have right now. Same is with Johnson LMG the rate of fire in the books and videos of WW 2 era states sometimes 200 rate of fire that is incorrect.

Uragan was not the best even at br 2. May I know why you decided to transfer him to the trash? After all, on the third BR, he is significantly worse than the PPSh-41.

Yeah, there’s no point in playing BR4 japan.
But that doesn’t change anything about the fact it’s pretty lame to have 4 BR3 rifles (GL excluded) and 0 BR4 ones.
