That’s understandable
MG42 early is totally superior to tech tree variant. It deserves to stay on BR4
I would lower only tech tree MG42 and MG39.

Fair enough on both squads but why not include the early mg42?
Because to this very day it has the best recoil of any German MGs currently present in the game.

The mg42 is debatable, but other versions(mg39, mg45 and mg42 early)? Not sure.
Although I generally agree with buffing all MGs and believe that many BR4 MGs should go to BR3, But i think we should stop power creep.
the difference between MG42 and MG34 is way too small at the moment and MG34 will still be better at BR3 so MG42 should get a reload buff instead, something 3.8s to make it better than MG34 (4.8s reload).

Given the case of seeing several others insisting the mg34 is preferred over the 42 and the fact they have both the same mag capacity, it’s safe to say it isn’t a true powercreep.
I also say the Johnson lmg should see a downtier. Just burns through the magazine much faster than the bar a2. Bar A2 also has less shot spread.
Well, as I said, I’m not against the MG42, and that was about what I said before.
And of course, transferring other examples like MG39, MG 42 early and etc to BR3 would clearly be a power creep.
Im afraid that if we move down MG42 to BR3 than people will start supporting downtiering MG15 as well as Maxim-Tokarev to BR4.

Ok now THAT’s a powercreep as the dt-29 already is good enough for br4.
G41 damage and reload speed buff more warranted, IMO, MG 34 is great.

Realistically it would just lead to soviet players wanting their dt-29 in br 3, and US players would ask for a buff too on their bars

speaking of BR 3. Care to comment on the BF110 G-2? or anything about the planes that are far stronger that didnt get touched? I think I made a very strong point
with everything else thats available at BR 2-3, this change was rather unwarranted and a step backward in the progress being made with BR balancing

Yea… No just add an MP40 with more rof (1100 according to a modification) or add dispersión to the ppsh-41 box and make the gewerh 41 actually decent
I main as infantry but some of my squad I play with fly every now and then. So I can’t leave much comment on that matter.
