So german SMGs do 6.8*0.9=6.12 damage and also need 3 hits to kill.
Ju has no rockets and Bf has no bombs.
I don’t see why IL should be as good as both of them combined.

If we take vitality perk into concideration, I don’t see why we shouldn’t also include body armor. Either take all modifiers to HP or none.

The DT machine gun on Soviet tanks has no advantage over the MG34 on German tanks. If you think it’s fair, I suggest going to the hospital. Vitality perk is universal and free, but plate armor requires additional purchase, which is not a matter.
