Unlock assault/semiauto rifles weapon for all guerrilla

Event french guerrilla can arm with SF rifle
New premium STG(S) guerrilla can arm with assault rifle and SF rifle
Just remove these limit for TT guerrilla

Yep no point in hiding that ability behind paywall/timed event squad. At BR5 Guerillas are really weak without AR/SF
