Chi-Nu - Type 1 AP will penetrate up to 500m
Chi-Nu - Toku Kou AP will penetrate up to 600m
(Distance rounded up to the nearest 50m)
So on X i came across this
In the May 1945 manual, “Tank Usage.”
“The Type 3 tank (Chi-Nu) can penetrate the front of an M4 tank at 600 meters.”
This “Tank Usage” is located almost at the end of the tank training manual series, and is a practical manual that eliminates all mental elements.
I literally calculated this over 150 days ago and omg I love the fact that there’s actual historical confirmation of that now to confirm my calculations, that the Chi-Nu should be able to penetrate the Sherman up to 600 meters
