The pz.lll J1 is a Moscow German max-level tank. It is very inappropriate to use t-50 vs pz.lll J1 as an example.
The T-34 can penetrate the pz.lll j1 wherever it is aimed. As you said the pz.lll j1 can only penetrate the turret of a T-34 from the front. Do you think this is appropriate?

I think even the 38t MIGHT a very slight might be able to pen the T-34 turret, while the 37s and 20mm can’t. 75mm APCBC may, if you aim as well. Both 50s can.
AT gun can punch the fuck out of it too

I also reached max axis level in all campaigns except moscow. Is that enough?
There is a very big difference between being able to penetrate the entire body and turret and being able to penetrate only the turret. It gives a great advantage in battle.
And you probably know which faction can penetrate the body and turret.

This is because the T-28 is a crazy tank that can fire without a man in the machine gun turret. This is a huge advantage in Moscow, where most buildings are made of wood. It cannot be compared to the Pz4E.

And I have no issue doing it to the T-50 and will continue vs the T-34
I know German tanks are shitboxes, they were inferior for pretty much the entire war aside from a few standouts like the Tiger 1 and Panther (when it worked)

if the t28 would have the maching gunners it would be even more good than now, basically only ammo detonation could OHK.

Hmmm, why not? But there’s no such situation in this game.
Hell I think the ghost MG gunner is a bug and if it isn’t, it should be treated as such
I’m pretty sure that’s because of one of two reasons:
First, mgs can be not working only if there’s a dead tanker controlling them. If there’s no tanker, they’ll work.
Or, that could be done just to make T-28 useful before the squad will get enough crew members.
