It should stay but right now it is way too much.
They should make it harder to aim and lose a bit of stamina when you get shot to simulate pain, not this slow mo crap.

Me who suggested suppression in the past:
When you get hit in non critical area. Your adrenalin only makes you move faster. (In game, if you are not dead)
They need to rework these mechanics when you get shot, right now it looks like your soldier feels no pain, but yeah desync is no good for these mechanics.

But explosives going off anywhere near you slow you to a standstill and thats what ended up pissing me off enough to make the thread.
