im either or for both
You should probably look up what Cold Bore is then.
They are following the laws of physics, for sure. Iām not saying that the game is replicating that the way it should, but a cold bore shot vs subsequent shots can definitely vary.
As well, I have fired enough firearms in my life to know at least a bit of what I am talking about.
Proper training is to understand how ones firearm performs in all combat scenarios. Now, that being said, most of the time cold bore only matters to people making precision shots.
Iām not taking about each shot, they were making just the first a little inaccurate, which, IMO for long range Bolt action shots, is probably a bit more realistic.
That is fine, on a Service rifle it is not nearly as noticeable unless again, you are doing precision shots.
When you know your rifle and how it behaves. You can compensate for it. Plus technology now has made this probably a lot less of a āthingā.
Nice to see another Service Member. Lorne Scot here, C company.
And yes, I get it, people can find all the info they want where some shooters and gun smiths will say it is a myth, and others will state it for a fact.
And truth be told, its complicated. Modern Firearms, probably donāt suffer as much as ones that have seen a lot of lead put down the same barrel.
I know my K31 really shows it as my MOA on the first few is totally different than on say the next clip that goes in.
That is why back in the day at the factory, they picked the ones that gave the highest degree of accuracy on the first few shots to snipers, and the rest went to the infantry.
