Well… The studio’s closure doesn’t affect the game in any way… Wait for news, I think the Chinese will come for us sooner or later.
It depends on the context 
DF is not some standalone indie studio that only works for itself.
Not to mention it’s totally unrelated to what I have said.
DF’s existence is irrelevant if your goal is to absorb their game into your own.
Even more so when the game is running on your engine and with your accounts.

When you try to apply for a job at the DarkFlow there are no jobs specified only for them but for all Gaijin games. It seems like DF is now part of Gaijin. And their website was not updated since 2023.

Also not a single mention of the Latvia that was supposed be location of Dark Flow software studio. So rip Dark flow it was nice knowing you. Shame that your daddy hid your funeral from us.

You understand that if the Gaijins needed Enlisted, they would have announced it right away. The only ones who are Enlisted now (apart from the phantom Darkflow) are the CHINESE and only them. They even made a mobile client for this game recently, why would they?

Here in the development environment in general you won’t find any mention of Darkflow. I don’t know if there are any living people there at all…
And in general, often both in War Thunder and in Enlisted these are Freelancers, and not full-fledged studio developers.

Actually, I don’t really like freelancers. Because the overall concept of the game being not complete. And also, every update comes out with a bunch of bugs because of this. Well, that’s in my opinion.
