How do you feel that the developers from Darkflow made a quality event for War Thunder instead of working on a normal event here in Enlisted?

Iâm becoming more and more convinced with each passing day that eventually WT will absorb Enlisted. And it will become a platform for all kinds of warfare.
The tipping point will be whether playable infantry comes to WT or not.

- This will greatly increase the system requirements of the game
- This will greatly increase the weight of the game, almost 2 times.
- This is a game about tanks, planes and ships.
- If players in the War Thunder avoid infantry and avoid it in every possible way here, then what will change if it is in the War Thunder? This will be a 100% separate mode in which the same core will play.

Warthunder was originally about planes. Tanks had no place.
Then they gave tanks for planes to eat.
And then boats forâŚplanes to eat
Maybe they are giving infantry for tanks to eat

This is just a pre-planned joke. What kind of manager would make an infantry announcement the day before April 1st, and then release the news on April 1st?

I donât think moderators are rewarded for disinformation. Especially since on the War Thunder forum moderators have more roles and itâs a bit more complicated there.

Itâs pretty obvious that Gaijin is toying with the idea of giving infantry some sort of WT role. Just like they used to with ships back then.
Anytime anyone claims that infantry has no place in WT. They are only claiming that out of their fanatical beliefs.
I just see it as a completely obvious step in evolution. Which in turn would take the game up several levels.
What I meant is that it wasnât specific for forum. It was on gaijin website news, forums, YouTube.
And I know why you said only for forum. So that your argument with random forum moderator would seem more solid. That was the only reason.

If you mean infantry like in Armored Warfare, then I can understand. You just land infantry on APCs with anti-tank weapons and all that. You donât control them. So the core gameplay doesnât change. But otherwise, if you want Enlisted in War Thunder, then thatâs just nonsense, because then youâll have to do something with this game, close it, merge it. Thatâs even more expenses for something that doesnât really pay off anyway.

I look at the profit expenses on the exchange and earnings. about in 2023 year, when the game was constantly updated and actively developed, it was almost always in the minus in terms of profit. Now the situation is a little better, but there are no updates. And also the developers were transferred to a new game, which is not connected with Enlisted at all.
You can say that they are making a new game, because Enlisted was âsuccessfulâ, but for some reason they opened a new company and called it Metter Team, almost completely disowning the past.
There is also an interesting point with darkflow, since 2023 the company has been closed, so de jure it does not exist. But this is just by the way.

Completely unrelated to what I have said. You donât need DF to cannibalize assets from Enlisted to WT.
And transfer stuff from enlisted to WT shouldnât be so hard. Since both games are using the same account.

Maybe just as a standalone. And gaijin just absorbed the team. I donât know. I honestly donât care about this. Itâs not important.
Since itâs obvious that DF still exists. I couldnât care less if as standalone company or just team under Gaijin. Makes no difference to me.

Requirements will be the same as current Enlisted. Both WT and Enlisted have ULQ mode which letâs you play at 60fps with very weak specs (under ps4)
Tanks or ships were never part of the War thunder and yet they are now integral part of the game. Same thing may happen with the infantry. Enlisted is slowly dying and itâs obvious that their devs got stolen from DF and placed in Gaijin to make new mode with infantry.
Only way to grow is to invest in combined arms mode it may make WT one of the most popular game playing on the planet.

It does fit the game just like it fits for Enlisted, and like how Tanks fit in WT despite people hating it at first now you canât think of WT without tanks. You may hate change but changes will always come so adapt or get behind. Enlisted has no future with current DFâs leadership thatâs why Gaijin wants to do something about it.
