EAC has never crashed my game - had a few issues with it in the early days it was introduced to WT, but now the most annoying thing about it is that sometimes it lets WT and Enlist play at he same time, other tines it does not
I think WT stopping the monthly publication of banned accounts was a bit of a mistake - gave players some assurance things were being done.
And that is prety much the sum total of actual evidence of cheating that exists.
Sure there are places advertise cheats - for like US$25 and upwards per month ffs… and their forums are full of posts of people complaining they don’t work!!
That’s 2-3 times the amount you pay for Premium - fools and money being separated comes immediately to mind!!
I’m not gonna judge the cheater situation further until game makes it out of Beta stage buuuuut, if it be like this when that happens…that’s a BIG NO NO !
The person suggested using EAC - the game already uses EAC - what is “finding fault with people” about pointing out the obvious conclusion that he person had no idea what they were talking about?
Also - I notice that you have found fault with me - did it give you a kick??
So far from playing for the past month I haven’t had problems with wall hacks and such so much, occasional ai bot doing single shot death but that’s what happens when your bots are simple and have to be held back from just killing everyone in a match. But today I did have my first run in with a cheater. He had 107 kills with next highest on his team having 37. And he did so because somehow all of his damage was instant kill and ignored cover. This included the normally iffy explosives in this game. So he would either be in a tank or using a piat and would just run up, and fire one he round in to the objective and kill all players and bots holding the objectives. Not sure if anyone else has run in to this instant kill cheat yet but it pretty much broke the game because it made it so he could steam roll the whole game on his own.
ESP or aimbots are theoretically possible on the client by illicit processing of data provided by the server, but since all collisions and damage calculation happens on the server, isn’t it supposed to be just impossible for a client side application to manipulate them?
(In simple terms: cheaters are supposed to be able to gain at worst superhuman sight and aim, but no extra damage nor resistance.)
Here’s my take. I’m in a bf109 doing a bank in the air to attack ground and return to reload. My brother is flying mid way to reload. A enemy plane spawned and I didn’t know. I was air sniped. No damage to my plane at all, player got a perfect hit. I was doing a full roll pitch maneuver. Literally like 10 seconds later this plane shot my brother out of the air between his reload location and the objectives shooting my brother out of his plane from across the map who is flying towards the objectives, with no plane damage just pilot sniped. God aim while flying i guess.
Then I see the player on the ground melting everyone bouncing from cover like a vibrator just popping players perfectly.
nimamasileba is the best one of cheaters. As all you know, ESP hacks chat, and shows nicknames…as soon I’ve busted him, he started to spawnkilling me, even shooting through walls. Once I killed him…i was climbing a hill, cant see the top obviously…a soldiers appears directlyy in front of me, running…was him that was following the tracker…
not mentioning people shooting with a rifle killing people in a tank, one by one, or making perfectly and continuuoslyy head shots at 2-300m seeing people through forrest or walls or an obstacle. And, for instance, I don’t trust minimally a playyer saying that he didn’t encounter a cheater. Since it’s really proved (on foruums and tube) that stuff exist, and tons of videos was and are made
nope, it’s the neverending question. They said this for years for war thunder, even banning people talking about cheaters. After the famous scandal, they admitted, and started to public the “ban list”. It’s simple…the server process the data: youu are here, enemy are here for example. Then yyou send an input (firing) and server process it. But what happens if your “side program” take data from the server (as the game do normally)and modifies youur inpuut (on your computer) to meet the position of the enemy?
Cheats can supposedly go as far as providing illicit info about enemy position and auto aiming, but since the outcome of shots is calculated on the server, they can NOT grant invincibility nor increased damage output.
