Im fine with ppd 34 38 being t3 but ppd 40 is way too much. If they still would lower them both then atleast give germans kiraly for t3 and allies thompson m1 and m21/28

Thats why ive been recently trying to push the idea of a queue system of 1 by itsef(‘41-42), 2-3(‘42-‘43) then 4-5 (‘44-‘45). It would give br1 players a space to themselves. And then that makes 2-3 essentially a choice for br1 players for when theyre ready.
Other option would be 1-2, 3-4 and 5 by itself. Both would work and they would be 100% better than the current one

No, each combat rating should be played with one higher for the reason that there is an incentive to play at a higher BR so that you play at the top
The germans would have quite a few mg’s to counter the maxim though. Take the mg34 patronentrommel for instance. Maybe even the mg42 and the mg15. Also the maxim tokerev has more shot deviation than most of the high tier german mg’s. So yes there would still be balance due to the german mg’s being more accurate.
