With same logic soviets already have ppsh 41 box in br 3 so they dont need ppd 34 38 and ppd 40. Also the .30 cal is event only so it wont count
The drum mag smg’s the soviets had were a thing during the earlier years of the war. Also of DF needed to, they can always bring the mp717 in as a countermeasure into the real progression system.
As long as BR3 can appear in BR1-2 games, its a massive no downgrading higher BR equipment.

BR 1-2 are fine as they are. As long as BR3 doesnt appear in those low level games I dont care even if they moved KT2 to BR3.
If they already paywalled the kp31 then it would be overkill to paywall the mp717. Thats just my opinion though
Both were paywalled, mp717 was stalingrad required the “DLC” to unlock if I recall.

But the thompson m21/28 is the earliest model of thompson that we have while the m1a1 is most modern. So m21/28 should be the first folowed by m1928a1 and m1 and m1a1 should be last
In which case if its 1-2,3-4 and 5 instead of 1, 2-3 and then 4-5, they wouldnt need to bring the KT to such a br when they could knock the early tigers (h1 and E) down to the second queue.

There is another option: kp 31 sjr.
Sjr is the upper one while the normal one is lower

That would be nice to add to the game. Perhaps at 3 to counter the pppsh drum, and both ppd’s if they hopefully change the queues to 1,2-3 and 4-5
Also i think the 50 round thompson could be lower because US stopped using it late in the war and it was an early war gun. Sadly many of these cases would bring unbalance due to how well old guns perform in enlisted. Good examples are fedorov and maxim tokarev
Id say if they change the queue system, put the fedorov, avs-36 and maxim tokerev at 3 that way theyd have to fight the mp717, both early tigers, that Suomi sjr, the mkb and mp717. So it would be balanced on the second queue. Yeah germans wouldnt get an auto rifle at the second queue since it would be ‘42-‘43 were talking about but with the weaponry theyre open to and the fact the avs starts on semi auto, it wouldnt be the end of the world for the russians to be able to use theyr early SF rifle on stalingrad. And say even leningrad if they add it in.
Historical br would be cool but sadly it would introduce too many exploits to even count. Also such drastic changes feel unrealistic for the devs but i could be wrong
They could literally have 1 as is with mainly low capacity smg’s and bolties, and then the good early war weapons can be in a 2-3 queue and the the late war stuff at 4-5. So the new players can have their own space on 1, and then when theyre ready to start moving up, then they can uptier to the mid tier. That would mean whatever early tier 2 bolties there are theyd need to knock down to 1 as well.
They wouldnt need to bang it out in one go, they could literally take it a single step at a time. Also like giltburrito insisted with his own ideas, they can put this idea into a test server, howevee if they do that, i am hoping console can play these servers too.
Test server would be the way to go but we also have to take into account that probably most of enlisted players are ww2 casuals and they dont care if fedorov is used in berlin or not. Changing to ha matchmaking would only benefit certain smaller group of players
