there are few suggestions that would improve tanker’s visibility.
- commander hatch
the height of commander peeking from the hatch is arbitrary with no consistancy.
for example, compare commander’s view from Chi-ha and pz4 g.
chi-ha’s commander is sitting at absurdly low position whilst pz4’s commander’s entire upper body is outside of tank.

I suggest we should be able to adjust the height of commander’s position by scrolling
and it’d be nice depending on the height commander shield himself behind the door of hatch for some tanks
- cupola
Speaking of commander, the cupola in this game is just a fancy vision slit.
Here, guess which one is an actual vision slit and which one’s from cupola.
first one is from pz4 cupola and second on is from t-60’s turret side vision slit.
there are literally no difference.
cupola are meant to give commander better periperal vision
but in Enlisted you are locked in one single vision port of entire cupola.
So, commander should be able to freely look around inside cupola for better periperal vision.
Red Orchestra 2, despite being 14 years old game implemented this better.
- open top
The one advantage open top tanks have over regular tank is greater visibility and situational awareness.
but for some reason open top tanks in enlisted feed more enclosed compared to regular tank.
So, all crews of open top tanks should be able to take their eye out of the sight and look around.
and maybe them using their sidearms to shoot nearby enemies
- other hatches
Cupola isn’t the only hatch that a tank have.
the driver’s hatch is also a thing. Though I would not be at number 1 priority, it would be very useful to have driver’s hatch for tanks.
Also, few tanks have gunner’s hatch as well. It’d be also useful for gunners to have hatch, just like commander.
