Suggestions for the game and improvements (my opinion)

at their height they had gasp thousands of players stop acting like they were major games by your definition red fall should be imitated, yes enlisted is a niche game that should not imitate even more niche games and three years for a game like hell let loose is not something to brag about

set the bar higher, you cannot transform enlisted into hell let loose or some other game it is a arcade style shooter not a simulation

i don’t want people to coop Enlisted to fill a hole in there heart
I am sorry about Generals, good and bad games die with only online games that need a player base it means you loose them
i have lost too many to count, rogue company is dead it looked to be fun at start then dies so i know how you feel
but that does not give people the right to try and Frankenstein another game into the game they loved
killing enlisted will not bring back another game

there is just nothing like Enlisted and it would hurt to loose it

But at no point was it said that it was to make the enlisted game a simulation game, what was said is about the useful things in the game being added to Enlisted and improved, it’s not because you add things that work in a simulation game to an arcade game that doesn’t compromise the general gameplay will make it a simulator, after all, these are things that don’t compromise the gameplay itself.

ok how do you stop spawn camping that is the enemy team rushing forward sitting on the spawn point an killing the team, secondly making bigger maps does not just take money but memory a lot of people play enlisted on a lot less than the latest pc or consol

Wanting the game to evolve and prosper is not a bad thing and it doesn’t kill anyone, if it has already worked for other games in this niche, why not improve and improve something that works, instead of insisting on something that is going wrong?
Or do you think Enlisted is okay?
There are games that I play that have several bots, this shows that things are not going well, just don’t see those who don’t want to…

This is the problem with many games and unfortunately it will happen, one time or another, I live in Brazil and these PC parts are expensive here, the market evolves and as you can see, it’s not you or me who’s going to change that, after all, for these people what matters is money, and regarding maps and memory, etc., there is no need to make a colossal map, something average is ok to solve a lot of things.

  1. gray zone is not going anywhere - there are ~140+ maps (with variations) and redesigning majority of them to be bigger would be monumental job.
  2. most of the new maps are much bigger (unless you count variations of old maps), so devs are already aware of the feedback
  3. gray zone is necessary. just look at this topic (there was also video about this strat in some other topic about gray zone)

I’m looking at the post here, what I saw is that no one mentioned that giving spawn immunity until the first shot is fired already resolves the situation

I think exactly the way he mentioned,
but it is a fact that divides many opinions

it could easily be abused. you could be invincible till you line up perfect shot on enemy tank and enemy tank has no counterplay against you.

and that is the intention, it definitely puts an end to spawn camping, if the soldier has spawn immunity until he fires the first shot.

Another thing would have to be done is the relocation of some respawns, and that’s it, it’s resolved.

that is so much worse than gray zone… invincible tank that you cant kill till he fires first shot? what will you think of next? invincible infantry soldiers till they fire first shot?

What is the intention of the gray zone?
Doesn’t it contain spawn camping?
How are you going to abuse this if the respawn point is relocated, after all there are respawn points literally in places completely above the objective or in places that offer an advantage, it’s not a 7-headed animal, it’s something simple.

it contains spawn camping on maps that dont have clear line of sight to enemy spawn. this is problem of bad map design and not of gray zone.

I had seen this video, and it is really broken that not having a gray area, even in a circular area in a medium area, can improve the situation and solve the problem.

1: relocate some respawns that are very close or at vantage points to the main objectives and move them away
2: the first immunity shot at a point that has no view of the enemy.

Invisible what if you could not see into or out of the grey zone, neither side would gain an advantage over the other, sure you can blind fire but well good luck, once you exit the grey zone you can be seen and see
