Suggestion on adding EM-2/FN FAL (.280 version)

Currently America faction lacks a real AR, and the only thing that can be similar to AR, which is the M2 carbine, is now been labeled as rifle. Maybe adding EM-2 or .280 version FN FAL would help.

Essentially, these weapons are all rifle, and not really too powerful comparing with weapons we have now. If the optic sight of EM-2 is too op, just take it away or throw EM-2 to be a sniper rifle. Adding them would liberate m2 and then it can be adjusted to match STGs.

Other plan to add an AR for american would cause obviously op and unhistorical weapon, I mean Colt XM-177 series (the first AR actually used by American), to be added into the game. Otherwise I can’t think of any weapon similar to AR that can be used by American.

About history - eh, come on, see all experimental weapons we have in game. Tell historical accuracy to FG-42, AS-44 and MG-15.

what, history? look at the whole japanese smg tree and the whole tank tree. We’d already have so many prototypes and experiamental equipments.

No, postwar weapons.

The only AR that historically would be accurate would be Hyde model 1944 and that’s experimental

I mean all of the ARs in that post are pre ww2 so why not if they don’t add hyde M1944 they could add other ARs from that post

Yeah sorry mate as i said to you in other topic its 50s inventions, if you find any 40s allies ARs then some people would agree with you

They should just use the BAR and m2 carbine as ar and johnson lmg as auto rifle
