I would go for “U” like for rifle grenade launcher.

That’d make more sense, and have equipping the grenade launcher from the secondary weapon slot just be done via scrolling/selecting the weapon. That way, it’s a seamless transition and the U keybind could go to ‘equip/unequip’ bayonet.

Well, rifle with a grenade launcher is a separate weapon. So I guess devs will give bayonets only to “nirmal” rifles and RGLs won’t have them.

That’s fair. I also realized I’d done my calcs wrong on 30-06. I was calculating the weight/mass of the full cartridge, and not the bullet itself, which led to the E-values being off-the-charts.

EDIT: Went ahead and made the changes to the troops and weapons released and when. I figure the M1903A3 will remain a base weapon for a while, but I’m trying to work out where the 26-or-so different weapons used on D-Day would go in a release tree. It helps that DF wants to put vehicles in the tree, because an easy 12 slots get taken up by Tank, Fighter, and Attacker units.
