No problem with that but it also begs the question: why isn’t there a woman sniper as a unique soldier?
An entire squad as a campaign level reward would seem rather excessive, a premium squad is just too op, but as a gold soldier… why not? It’s a simple way to keep the number of women soldiers down, close to historic levels yet allow some players (like my wife) to play as one if she wants to.
well for a premium squad it makes sense, altho i never saw the bomber one in action since the release of Stalingrad. But even if they released a women sniper premium squad, it would still be weird and i don’t know if anyone would buy it. I for sure wouldn’t.
But as a golden order soldier, some players might add her to a squad, including myself actually for historical realism reasons and from a collectible point of view. My wife would surely love it because she loves to play as a sniper.
I haven’t seen nearly that many premium squads in battle to say that they would make a lot of cash from them.
Which is something I don’t get. They create almost MORE new premium things than actual new free lvls.
Yet all their so called premiums are ridiculously overpriced.
Business wise, it’d make much, much more sense to lower those price a bit, making them reasonable, to reach, say, 10% of consumers instead of a single 1%.
I like to collect those myself. But the feeling of being scammed gives me nausea and I now refrain from buying those…
Premiums are NOT worth it at those prices. They can be fun, certainly, but are overpriced.
Also locking iconic marvels, requested by the community since the beginning, like THE STUG!!!, or giving premiums better armament than regular unlocks… Is not only nauseating, it’s plain crooked.
I don’t like premium squads because they have the same loadout for all members of the squad. Instead of having some diversity between members and weapons and some strong elements within the squad, you have all members of the squad with the same main weapon regardless of the class they belong to: assaulter, engineer, etc. This makes the squad seem op, boring and lame.
I would rather see some premium squads with some unique combinations of weapons and classes
