Having 3 full Assaulters squads is in no way OP - unless Assaulters are better than other squads.
Having 3 times the same squad in your rotation is in no way spamming what so ever, its literally you just picking and focusing on a dedicated role in your team.
This change makes no sense and is just a lazy excuse to not actually work on real balance.

Ever since I started playing, I have always picked 3 times the same squad type, be it MG gunners, Assaulters, troopers, snipers or what ever. This change is unacceptable.
I dont think this change is mainly targeting assaulters. Newcomers would be able to get 3 squads of them. So that’s not really the main reason.
I think it’s targeting flamers, tigers and so.
But I am okay to restrict everything to 2. People like you will take 3rd premium assaulters anyway.

I have always felt cheated when I couldn’t pick 3 anti tank or pioneer squads because them campaigns only have 2 squads available - even though I tried playing a dedicated role, every 3rd respawn me getting forced to play something that I didn’t want always made me never pick those squads.
This is too important to me, mark my words, because they will be my last, if this goes live I’ll leave the game behind.
I really don’t understand your problem rn… You could always take those guys into different squads.
I feel sorry for you. I understand it can be very frustrating if it was important to you. But I truly believe it’s better for the health of game.
Tbh, I wouldn’t allow special exceptions for premium units. That’s kinda BS.
Different example : Stalingrad, where everyone who likes playing tanks and got squad slots will result to bringing one plane for suicide runs - because there are only 2 available tank squads at the same time - which is the fastest way with getting back to playing as a tank
Having Assaulters 4 is still an improvement even if you are not using said squad.
Perkpoints give bonuses on their own, though you basicall only need 16 vitality points to get the vitality perk - but every extra point gives a small bonus to endurance.
Also the default perk is often better at higher ranks.

I swear Enlisted is the only game that can add features like class restrictions (a TOTALLY REASONABLE GAMEPLAY FEATURE) and people lose their minds because they can’t mud-stomp casuals.
Instead of a change where you cannot have 3 if one squat type how about you get rid of the tank so you can have free squat types instead of having a tank or plane.

It basically change nothing, every country has premium sniper squad, Allies and Axis has a overpower flamethrower premium squads.

It needs to happen. The spam of assaulters, flamethrowers, tanks, planes, and radio operators have gotten to an extreme point that SOMETHING needed to be done. This is the most logical place to start.
There is no spam, this entire argument is complete bs, every single shooter game on this planet lets you reuse the same stuff for the entire match - so 99% of all shooter players in the whole world are “spammers” now, or what?
