Anti personal mines locked to snipers would absolutely make snipers finally a viable pick as a squad.
and make them be able to wear only smoke grenades or TnT charges as second option, as flanking units also an unique structure like wood or metal shield would be nice
Just lock the AP mines to Snipers and myb Engineers
Make an mine exclusion zone like mines can only be planted 10 metres away from a spawn beacon
Remove/Nerf(the radius) of impact grenades
Snipers being able to plant anti personal mines.
AT Soldiers being able to plant AT mines.
And Pioneers being able to plant both.
I would say that sounds the most reasonable.

Impact grenades, locked to assaulter class exclusively. This way, it’s either use your potent smg, or try being a troll spamming them. But not both.
However, there are very few opportunities to use impact grenades in actual combat because it is easy to hurt yourself due to the radius and there is no time to find cover.
that’s a good idea, but remember medics are low tier assaulters till they separe it
Well Assaulters aren’t even OP at BR5 anymore because of selectfire rifles - so giving impact grenades exclusively to Assaulters makes sense, especially from a thematical standpoint, however only like you said when impact grenades get locked into BR5.

Newbies can’t get assaulters (meaning impact grenades) meanwhile seal clubbers can easily use 3 assaulter squads in BR1-2 with full impact grenades.
That’s literally definition of seal clubbing and unfairness.
Plus literally nobody here understands what’s problem with impact grenades. It is bug that allows the IG instantly destroy any tank.
I started to see IG commonly once this bug appeared. Before, I literally encountered IGs only in 1 match out of 10.

I guess only german ones are bugged. Since I never even saw US ones. But my tanks while playing both allies and USSR were instantly destroyed by them.
Well its both, I would say this is only logical because Assaulters are not the only viable unit to use in BR5 because of selectfires and other goodies.
But in other BRs? Assaulters are very dominant, because most semi autos have a much too high BR and even BR2 SMGs outperform almost all semi autos in mid range combat. Besides that impact grenades are way too powerful in general for low BR matches, I wouldn’t make sense to lock them behind playing arguably the best type of squad.
