Other good options to balance the tanks, could be the Chi-Ri or the Chi-Ri 2 or even the Ho-Ri
My idea is more directed to the fact that in case of taking out between two or three Soviet vs. Japanese maps, these maps would end up being the minority that would come out because for the most part, due to the new system, the Soviets would be on the maps of Moscow, Stalingrad and Berlin. and the Japanese would be on the Pacific maps.
Who cares about certain maps anymore when they mean nothing and anything will appear on said map
Yes, what is lost through battle hardly can be recovered afterwards, one more interesting thing is that since the end of WW2 Soviet Union then, Russian Federation now and Japan they didnât signed a peace treaty but a Cease Fire, the same with both Koreas and the same between USA and Germany.
Historical accuracy baby! We should see what kind of ods the japanese were facing back then. When you canât match the number or the power of the enemy you must start using your brain. Brain>Muscle. But nowadays there are too many people that cry about everything when they canât win. This is the Drama Generation.
Since they lost the war, it didnt turn out that well I guess.
Well that wonât stand for too long. We already know there are a few fairly powerful Japanese vehicles in the content pipeline which would put them on an even standing with the US.
Well let us not forget that the japanese fought a coalition of nations and not any nations. The Japanese Navy was the best in the world until the americans build up their navy, their air force was one of the best, especially with their Zeroes and infantry they were also good to very good, no wonder the americans nuked them twice instead of fighting them even though nuking them was also a message for USSR because the Cold War started before the WW2 ended.
So the Germans but their army wasnt a WW1 army nor was most of their arsenal basically copy+paste from foreign nations
No navy here so pointless. Also, by start of WW2 the royal navy was superior in numbers, same goes to the US Navy.
I dont know how one good plane will make difference here now. Not to mention against better late Allied and Soviet planes.
Would be new to me that Japanese infantry gear was vastly superior.
Just shortcut together with average bombing and Soviet war entrace. If Japan wouldnt be a island nation and Germany being a far more competent enemy (and that says a lot about Japan) the war wouldnt have last that long.
There was a reason why Pacific was mostly filled with outdated gear and not just because of island jumping.
At this point, I also dont know how this makes Japanese shitty stuff better.
Use,this guy immagination im sure an arisaka can become a FAL of you belive it
Devs can turn a outdated MP into a SMG with SA rifle accuracy.
Just need to lower our logical expectations.
The Japanese fought multiple nations, a coalition. They didnât had any help because Germany was far away and Italy also was far away and also too weak to do much. When I mentioned about the Japanese Navy I was talking about real life back then no in game. Superior in numbers does not mean necessary better. When the japanese lost their Air Carriers, they had a much bigger fleet than the USA yet they lost at Midway, there was the turning point. You was talking about numbers(the biggest Navy), I was talking about the best navy. The Japanese Navy was the best until some battles they lost and then they lost their advantage. Late war USA had the best and the biggest navy in the world. When zero came out was the best fighter in the world, again late war they started to be surpassed by the Allies fighters(quality). Their infantry(japanese) was one of the best in WW2, and like I said, the americans decided to better nuke them than fight them + the message towards the USSR(The cold war already started but in a soft manner).
A lot of people keep posting about high-end Soviet gear, do you have so little hope for the BR system that you really expect that?
So Germany.
Having around two more carriers than UK one less than US is suddenly superior though?
Dont care. Navy wont help Japan against Soviets in Manchuria.
What now?
Imaging calling best nanvy, fails to cripple US in Hawaii and gets screwed like six months after they attacked the United States.
Man, even the Germans didnt screw up that bad.
But if even Yamamoto didnt believe in a sucessfull war against US, let alone against US and UK⌠best navy yeah.
Enough flaws not be the sole best.
Charging with bayonets against machine gun nests and trenchesâŚ
Lack of automatic weapons compared to any other war nationâŚ
Lack of AT weapons beyond AT artilleryâŚ
Lost border conflicts against outdated Soviet stuffâŚ
Awful supply chain situationâŚ
Rely mostly on Western blueprints and supervision to build anything goodâŚ

Because island hopping and Japanese being ideologically stupid, not because of their technological supremacy. Japan was already on the verge of surrender but as said Japanese were blinded and stupid.
Maybe its just me but outside Berlin you will not find many people playing against the Soviets. I highly doubt BR will solve it if Soviet stuff is still cleary better.
Imaging best nation in the world is on the verge of defeat after fighting the US Navy and bunch of Marines, CW jungle units, and worse equipped Chinese warlords even before the Soviets bothered to join them without even capturing any key island beyond Okinawa and Kurils while defeating Germany required three massive fronts and marching into Berlin to force the artist to kill himself.
If we start at the bottom of Soviet equipment and work up, we end up with something like this
If this is what is allowed versus Japan, I think it would be a relatively fair matchup.
âBecause island hopping and Japanese being ideologically stupid, not because of their technological supremacyâ
The americans nuked them to avoid extra casualties, to avoid continuing the war and to show the soviets what they got. At Midway was the turning point in the Pacific. And nuking them twice put an end to it. If you think the japanese infantry was weak, ask a marine that is still alive and fought back then or watch documentaries where people that participated in the war talk about it, not Enlisted players. Land war is not the same with island to island warfare. If you are american than learn your history, to learn the real history you have to read and study, not to play video games.
Yeah because the Japanese were stupid. There was no point in continuing the war and even the high command was aware of it but ideological stupidity made it hard for them to surrender. Also, before the Soviets joined the Pacific, they hoped to use Stalin to negotiate with the Americans which was pretty pointless after the Soviets invaded Manchuria and Korea.
Nukes were only lazy excuse to the people since nuke was âtoo bigâ though Americans had not many nukes ready to use, not to mention that far more people in Japan died from average bombing and the night before Hiroshima , the Americans heavily bombed Tokyo in one night adn caused more direct damage than the nukes.
Soviets already knew about Manhattan Project.
Which made invading Japan a bit different than invading Germany/ non-island territory of Japan. Not because they were superior or good at anything beyond pointless WW1 bayonet charges and digging into holes.
âthat the Soviet declaration of war and not the Hiroshima nuclear bombing caused Japan to surrender at the end of World War IIâ
What value have words from an average civilian or soldier from a totalitarian regime, let alone backroom negotiations?
And how does that make Japan competitive?
I was more concerned about tanks and planes (because Soviets dont have any low BR plane beyond two biplanes and if the Japs already have a funny day against M13s, I dont know if T-60 and BT-7 are better). SMGs and MG could work. Rifle is worse because the Winchester and I dont know if Japanese SA rifles deserve a medium BR.
