The Moscow battle is the worst balanced battle I’ve ever played, the Soviets have too many superior weapons, not just in tanks, AVS and Fedorov also have huge advantages, I don’t know what to think about this game
Why do I think it’s a good idea to use a semi-automatic rifle like the ZH29 to fight a rifle that AVS can shoot fully automatically, especially since the current recoil of AVS is very small, I can easily control it
Fedoroff’s damage is too high and the recoil is too low, please, it’s a full-power bullet, even 6.5mm can’t have such a low recoil, Japanese type11s don’t have such recoil, even if they use the same model bullet
T50s are not mass-produced at all, they were deployed in Leningrad and never participated in the Moscow campaign, but in this game they can be easily obtained, level 1 players only need to use a gold card to get absolute armor advantage, this is ridiculous span
Fedorov ceased production after the October Revolution, production was extremely low and only a small number of troops were equipped
AVS has not been installed on a large scale due to extreme unreliability.
However in this game they turn into heavily equipped weapons which is ridiculous
Currently it’s turned into a PVE mode because I’m having a hard time finding players in the Moscow Axis.
Most of the day the Soviets were fighting against the bots, and only a small portion of the time the actual Axis players could be seen.
Not only the Moscow campaign, but the Berlin campaign and the Stalingrad campaign are also hard to see German players.
The game seems to be overly partial to the Soviet Army
More like whining needs to weakened because skill issue
My complaint is that there are too few players, weapon differences are just one of the reasons why there are too few players
You seem to be afraid of weakening? Is it because of skill issues?
moscows a special place… where there are special rules… such as t50/t34 in it taking more exp packs than the t34 in berlin. despite the t34 in moscow being a earlier, inferior model.
Git gud. Moscow is the most balanced campaign.
remember when germans curbstomped the russians back in CBT
So balanced that I kill 150+ axis bots every game for allies
In fact, I feel that Berlin is the most balanced campaign with no particularly severe weapon differences
oh yeah berlin is the most balanced equipment wise for f2ps, while stalingrad is the most for p2ps
From what I read, they were reintroduced in the Winter War, but most of them were lost. Overall both the Fedorov and the MkB should have been gold order weapons. The former being that most of them were destroyed or lost during the Winter War, and the latter because they were still a prototype weapons going through testing and would not be seen in a battlefield until months after the end of Moscow.
You’re right, none of them should flood
After the October Revolution the caliber of Soviet ammunition was unified and the production of Fedorov and its ammunition was stopped, it is unlikely to appear on a large scale
Back there, German MGs actually had accuracy which made them better than Soviet MGs and there were no T-50s and T-34s around.
Since the MKb got nerfed because Soviets complained too much.
I normally play the Soviets on Moscow, and for the most part, I don’t see too much of an issue. The biggest issue is that there are four Assaulter squads for an early war campaign. As far as I know, they don’t have that even have that many in Berlin or Normandy yet, and those too had been ran through CAT (Tunisia is the only one that hasn’t been seen before it’s release, unless i’m wrong).
With the whole tanks situation, yes, I do think that they have it to where the Soviet endgame tanks are better than the German ones, however, I’ve been easily taken out by Explosion packs and the GrB. And overall, in comparison, the German bomb payloads are way better.
The machineguns mounting, and mounting overall, needs to be fixed so that they can be used to their full potential. It’s been an issue for over a year now and it seems like we won’t ever be given an answer on why they haven’t fixed it.
The whole introduction of the MkB into the campaign as both scoped and unscoped is an ahistorical joke. They want this game to feel more like CoD apparently. They even shelved a scoped Gewehr 41 for the Scoped MkB.
Madsen and Chauchat, lmao. Tbf, I miss the focus on BA rifles back then. Every squad had them except the Assaulter and the Machine gunners. I feel the reason why the campaign got worse is that they got rid of that focus, and focused on more automatic weaponry. So now we got 4 Assaulter squads, and not even a 3rd Rifleman squad.
In which world?
Both had worse dispersion and recoil and still have except that they are “more” accurate let alone the Chauchat which was both inaccurate, slow and still had and has awful horizontal recoil. Its too jumpy. MG30 is way better.
I have played both sides a fair bit, maxed out Axis and I’m level 32 on Allies. I usually play which ever side is losing, which has been Axis since the T-34 arrived. It’s mainly a player difference, it’s just amplified by the Soviets having some unlocks that are way harder for new players to deal with, which isn’t often the case for new soviet players. Even a giga chad T-26 can kill any German tank provided it be a little sneaky.
There are balance issues in Moscow, anyone who says otherwise only plays Soviets. It’s not a huge difference just some weapons or vehicles need to be shuffled around for both sides.
The Panzer III L would be better as a tank matched with the T-50, you’d still have to shoot a T-50 in the turret but it’s more consistent. A Panzer IV F2 would be better against a T-34, at longer ranges the T-34s slopes would help it much like it can in Berlin. It wouldn’t solve the problem completely but everyone knows that the 45mm gun can penetrate all the German tanks unless it is long range against any with at least 50mm armour. This really the only problem with the vehicle balance in my opinion.
Some weapons need better counterparts, like the PPsH-41 unlocking next to the Berreta M38. The Kiraly would’ve been a better choice. The Germans could unlock the GrB-39 a bit earlier to give people an answer to the T-50 and T-34 if they can’t fly a Stuka effectively, just because those two tanks are in every game now and they are strangely hard to kill with explosion packs sometimes.
I don’t think the AVS-36 is that broken, I preferred the SVT-38. The scoped MkB-42 is something that the soviets don’t have a good deal for, but I’d say this is one of the only things off the top of my head. I don’t have the Federov yet (obviously), however the MkB42H is good but only if fully upgraded which cost me 600 or so bronze orders for the 8 I use (I know, scrub lord alert. I got sick of losing).
I think the planes are balanced. Except maybe the IL-2, but I love that plane so I’ll allow it.
Both sides ‘early’ on are pretty balanced (I actually really like fully upgraded MP-40s, I think they are better than PPDs, fite me). It’s once you get into the realms of T-50 and beyond it gets jank.
I mean, look at Stalingrads campaign. Despite all its flaws it has a fairly balanced campaign where either side unlocks things that better aligns with the opposing sides stuff. This is what Moscows campaign balance should’ve been like once they passed the T-50.
Moscow used to be very balanced. It’s still decent but its flaws are amplified with there being many more high level Soviets around going for that lucrative T-34. (I also want it, I’m just waiting for the teams to balance out a bit). Same thing happened in Normandy, Axis got it’s Giga Werhaboo TonksTM, and many Axis players went there to grind them.
Agree a bit but moscow is far from the worse, pacific is way worst than it
Yea?
Well, T-26 sucks.
BT sucks.
T-50 is first actually useful tank in Soviet campaign.
MKB 42 never was issued on large scale.
G-41 was issued on some minor scale.
ZH-who-cares-about-number was captured in some homeopathic numbers
While USSR had actually thousands upon thousands of AVS’s and SVT’s. If you start whining about history, i suggest you use 1 MG-34 and 1 MP-38 per squad as history suggests. Axis have some nazi magic assault rifle with sniper accuracy. You know what? It was open damn bolt. It was an oversized SMG with non-existent accuracy.
PPSH is nerfed to shit while in reality it was very accurate and now you can only scare lightbulbs with its recoil.
