This is in no way adressed to you only but I don’t want to write 2 posts one after another so the next part is for ya’all ( developers included ) :
Fix =/= Soltuion
A fix is something done on the go, a soltution is permanent. I can suggest the first but not the latter.
This problem/bug got alot of traction thanks to Quadros video on the matter in the last 2 days, so I’m pretty sure the devs have seen it. Also they do watch his videos so probably a solution of somekind is on its way in the near week or two, hopefully
Yeah I have no problem whatsoever as long as stuff is fixed and everyone is treated fairly. Since it happened before, I see no reason why the same fix hasn’t been applied yet
the second time the mortar refill bug happen, it took a few days to be fixed yet again.
and … we are also at x.mas . i m gonna speculate that dev’s also have xmas vacations too x)

It’s probably too late, but I should remind you all that the last time this bug arose, the official answer was something like “We’re rolling back the appearence of your soldiers as they were before, but we can only do that if you DIDN’T CHANGE IT AGAIN IN THE MEANTIME, otherwise we can’t do that anymore, sorry.”
For those who are saying the description says only physical features, that’s not entirely true. The battle pass tokens (which people pay into) to change appearance have a pair of scissors suggesting it’s the uniform you’re changing specifically. Otherwise I would think they would have used a skeletal structure or face as an emblem for these tokens. Scissors have always been the emblem of a seamstress.
Their handling of this is severely lacking. No one appreciates their time and money wasted/thrown away due to the lack of foresight or care of the developing team. The lack of offering any kind of refund is also disturbing, yes it would take time to determine how much each player has spent on this, but they’ve done similarly for gold spent on upgrades before, so the system is in place, just needs altering.
