Overpriced items

-
Lack of control over preset styles- You want that bag without the webbing? Maybe that webbing without that pouch? Too bad. We’ll give you 5 specific configurations and leave it up to you to figure out.
-
Lack of camera control while previewing the customization changes. Especially when looking at boots, and especially when the only change to the pair of pants you’ve picked over the previous is a different kind of shoe or boot. You can only see from the shin upwards.
-
Lack of compatibility with some of the choices available. Here’s an example. There are no upper body options that will not clip through this soldier’s coat:
-
Equipping backpacks or pouches unlocked through progression will result in multiple sets of pouches colliding with the model and causing a mess
Customization was something people looked forward to.
Not… Whatever this mess is. Don’t get me wrong, there are customization options that look fantastic, but the pricing and poor implementation seems comical.

Costomization is overpriced so it’s not “micro” anymore. keeping the promise of no microtransaction

miscellaneous customization costs (shitton of gold, and so much orders you can afford 3 dudes to change clothes)

Late-campaign guns are cheaper to buy than these lmao

The pricing needs to be lowered significantly, then it would be decent. Save for the current bugs with it.

Spend 8 or so Customization orders buying gloves, pants and a helmet.
Go to the next rifleman.
Find out the cosmetics are soldier locked not class locked or something.
Stop caring about soldier customization.
About my experience with it summed up. Not to mention outfits are squad based not class based like I was hoping, a medic in the rifle squad can’t have a medic armband or helmet.

Mmh. Devs said it was supposed to be class locked… but it’s individual soldiers locked?..

Straight up day-light-robbery, and I say this as a whale - it should either be free across the board with some unique items locked off, the better option imo, or a “pay-once-and-only-once” where buying that one cosmetic enables it to be used on all soldiers thereafter both in that squad and outside of it.

Well. They want to give us this ehm “present” for the other campaigns too so no wonder I guess… at least here.
4,50 dollar for a single soldier = 40 dollars for a single infantry squad? Thats even too expensive for elon musk

whats worse is that you use your appearace order to buy the set of clothing. It make sense, however you rarely get that many appearance order in the game and the only method getting one is thru the BP. But once you finished the BP you’ll have to wait for another season to come
theres also the achievement but thats it you’re not getting more from it when its over
The prices are absolutely out of this world. They would be okay if you unlock this item for the whole army but not for a single soldier.
I guess we all expected a system that would help us not having to play the “drag out - drag in” game anymore but instead be some quality of life improvement feature that allow us to modify troops for free in order to make Enlisted more attractive as a product.
I don’t even blame them to make money out of this to compensate whatever costs they had to create this.
But considering that when you disliked a soldier before you had the option to pay 10 Gold or 1 order and would get an randomized face. For the rest you just had to use up your spare time. Annoying - but free.
Now we’ve lost the free randomization feature and instead have to pay 62 times the amount of Gold or 19 times the amount of orders we’ve payed before.
Sure - no randomization anymore of faces. Some might as well have spend 50 or even 100 Gold to get that look they wanted. But they thrown in all those Tunesia campaign faces now into the set as well when you buy a new soldier as well that were a) clearly from a different artist than the originals because they lack a lot of the former ones quality b) appear like some scrim diffuser had been used on them with ridiculous looking beards and c) don’t match together at all with the old faces because of this in a squad.
I would strongly ask Darkflow/Gaijin to reconsider their prices as well as going back to the original faces artist. Also theres no need now to create any puposeful bad looking faces anymore to make people spend money for rerolls.
Paying 10 gold or 1 order per item would be fair, so 5 orders or 50 gold per soldier. Alternative keep the prices but makes these items available to every soldier in the army after said helmet or coat has been purchased.

the community that stated they rather spended money over cosmetics than “overpriced” premium squads strikes again…

I think 1 item per green ticket (30golds) is OK. Because there’s 5 parts per soldier.
Now, just change a cloths that is copy paste from Moscow, also its free to change there. But set price 240 here is ridiculous.

So is the price for decals for vehicle customization. All of them are copy paste from War Thunder.
I don’t blame them using what they have but considering this is a long term monetization process (just the costs for implementing the decal system, which might perfectly also be largely a copy paste code from WT then profit for the whole lifetime of the game) the prices aren’t appropriate.
Everything about this new kind of monetization feels inappropriate to be honest. Like they went from decent Darkflow to full Gaijin in regards of milking their playerbase.
