SMG ammunition

Where did you get these strange numbers from? I didn’t say anything about seven magazines and five grenades.

The Mkb 35 is not an interesting weapon to me, but it still deserves an extra magazine too.

I don’t see the point of fighting over ammo on roughly the same gun. It would be fair to add 1 magazine for Beretta M38/M1918, M1 and M1A1 Thompson, and mp43.
No one would be left offended.

i guess FNAB and MP40 aren’t equal enough for you?

“sooner or later”
allies has the ability to get 8.2 damage grease gun out of the box without doing any grind while it took 200 hours for axis to get MP43/1 with 8.0 damage, not to mention grease gun also have more ammo

“but MP43/1 full star is 9.6”
broo it’s pretty much impossible to get 6 star weapon without extreme luck on random order while 4 star is ezz pzz i have like 20 unit (or more) of 4/4 star weapon

it’s balancing measurement, more damage = less ammo, exactly why FG42 have 20/20 not 20/60 like M2 30/60

in cqc the mp40 is better on all level, the grease gun can have 8.2 dmg but with its slow rate of fire you cant kill more than 4 enemy before getting shoot even by bots.

30/90*

no m2 has 30/60 also

no the fg went from 20/100 to 20/20 because the devs forgot to do that when standardizing ammo

how is that relevant in this case?

sry yes i forgot that on engineersi throw all my useless items (small ammo pouch)

the grease gun can have a high dmg but the rpm balance it out, the mp40 is extremely better in cqc (as it should be) but sucks at 20+M smg have precise advantages and disavantages.

idk for the late ones i tryed to use the thompson and i absolutely hate it the mp43/1 i still need to test it.

lol if you justify it in such stupid way then i’ll counter it in a way as stupid as yours

MP40 475 RPM = 8 RPS * 5.7 = 45.125 DPS
total damage = 5.7 * 160 = 912

M3 415 RPM = 7 RPS * 8.2 = 56.71 DPS, ±26% more DPS
total damage = 8.2 * 150 = 1.230. ±30% more damage in total

MP40 is better in CQC is invalid
considering it has lower DPS

DPS = dmg/sec
RPS = round/sec
RPM = round/min

you are also using max damage, fully starred, for the grease gun, so you’re messed up there…

ikr, but MP40 is lv 9 gun and it compared to a stock SMG,

if it was stock M3A1 vs MP40 or stock MP34 vs M3, M3s will still win anyway, so since M3 is stock while M40 is Lv 9, M3 need some compensation

full star M3 is soo easy to get since you literally have 33% chance of getting it while M40 is around 15%

I was talking about the M3a1, for stock i intend a stock M3a1 (no star one)

but if you want to use max damage then you have to be fair about it and do it with the other side because you want as little variables as possible.

so the correct math if you use max stats for both is

mp40: 61.2 dps
m3: 57.4

while potential damage of mp40 does 1088 but this is a theoretical number since all shots needs to hit.

if you want to use m3a1 here is the dps for that

m3a1 has an RPS of 7 if using the lowest ROF when maxed out, which is what i’ve done for both m3 and mp40. so 7x8.2 is still 57.4 DPS.

if you only got full star weapons yes this would be correct but you don’t and the chances of full star m3 is 3.5% if you only remain at lvl 2

No, friend. It violates the rules set by the developer. Half the gun should not have 160-200 rounds and the other half 120.
It’s stupid and inconvenient. It’s pretty funny and frustrating to get the best weapon like a Thompson or mp43 and realize you’re a little short on ammo, and there’s too much with the pouch.

fvck the rules bro just like gaijin fvked the rules, seriously those rules arent applied at all, it’s soo inconsistent where a fricking 5.7 SMG follow the rules and get 120 bullet while 6.8 SMG get 150 bullet

If you increase a weapon with 120 rounds of ammunition by 1 magazine, you get the same amount of ammunition. Don’t sweat it.
