Seperating Africa Maps from the Western Front (for Voting)

For the purposes of the Map voting system I believe the African Campaign maps should be separated from the European/Normandy Maps as they are drastically different. While there are only 15 Maps, with separate Gamemodes included as is currently the case with the Voting system, there should not be too many issues I can see with separating them. I would suggest 3 Up- and Downvotes to keep to the rough outline of 2.45 (Except the pacific which has 2.1) Maps per Vote (Up and Down counted separately), which might seem low but is the current system apparently.
