Reward players who do not lose so many soldiers

Hell, all we would even need is the number of games played, or even the hours spent in game. Whatever the case, stats will affirm this claim of his.

A Forklift?

In this situation, the most important question is whether the team wins or not. Sometimes the person who carries the whole potato team on his shoulders usually loses the most squads. When a player does something, he automatically loses the most squads. Contribution in everything is the most important emphasis.

Another thing to keep in mind is that many players are learning and those losses mean nothing to me personally.

Third thing, the game is a casual arcade game in WW2 style, and some people just want to have fun. And you canā€™t be angry about that. But I agree that there could be a bonus for saving the most of the squads. (I pulled out some old screenshots on this topic)

A flobbot.

Yes very nice stats

No canā€™t be angry with people that play and just have fun, even if they are just cruising around on a plane chilling out or enjoying lobbing some mortars or doing some laid back sniping

Iā€™ve met people who play these games with pings over 500s and they have very limited ways to play these games, they cannot be competitive playing on objectives against these elite players, itā€™s just a horrible experience

and some these morons on this forum and this community are just insensitive to that

but they love to ruin others games by quitting and punishing other players that way, but they donā€™t want to be punished themselves for being quitters.

See if a player has bad internet and is limited in what they can do on the battlefield, I can understand them playing sniper or mortar or whatever is deemed useless by the tryhards. But a quitter that can play the match, but refuses because of his negative attitude towards others and have a negative outlook on situation and players and maps

itā€™s easier for me to forgive the player that is just a noob or someone having fun chilling out than the moron tryhard spoiled brat coward that has to win every match in perfect conditions to satisfy his ego

you are wrong about that, the game I want is the same game, it just has a slight few tweaks that would help players be motivated to take more care and not just zerg rush which fits into what you finally agree with me that a team must clear the objective and surroundings first before they can cap the point.

Players will see themselves getting better rewards from playing smart and will be more inclined to play smarter, making the entire experience better for everyone

or we can have it your way, where both teams mindlessly zerg rush into each others face

and that can still happen with my suggestion, because chances are, most people are so conditioned by the existing system that they wouldnā€™t change playstyles, but the smart ones would adapt, and that would be enough to raise the overall quality of gameplay

and seeing less dumb mindless zerg rush gameplay would definitely be good for the game

unless you want the game to remain mostly players playing like bots, in which case, continue as is

Anyway, Iā€™m going to take my leave from this Toxic environment again as I donā€™t need to be here anymore and this is a horrible place full of horrible people, so good luck to the few nice people

and screw the bad people

and screw the idiots that shadow banned a thread and that act like they are somehow superior to me and then canā€™t handle when I mirror that back to them

you are so pathetic, look in the mirror, that is you that you see being reflected back at you in me, I am not really that reflection

I am someone else, I created that reflection to expose your own faults that you put on other people, and you didnā€™t like it reflected back to you, so you donā€™t love yourselves and you have issues with yourselves. And you take that out on other people

But we arenā€™t here to put up with your shit, so good bye now

320 posts on this topic, bruh just admit defeat and give up. Youā€™ve already lost the moment the entire player base disagreed with you.

Devs arenā€™t going to listen to your suggestion anyway, they already have a planned roadmap. for 2023. also, the closest thing that devs are working on, is a plan to reward players for having joined a random team. also read the dev blog.

The most satisfaction this guy may possibly get, is a temporary lock like in War Thunder. Nothing more.

Something that completely overhauls the way the game is played is not ā€œa slight few tweaksā€. And from the looks if it, you didnā€™t even read any of the argument presented. You want the game to be changed in your image, and you didnā€™t like the fact that people disagreed with you so you kept digging this hole to spite them, without taking any amount of time to actually think why this many people might actually disagree with you and mock you. You talk about looking in the mirror, but how about you try that yourself, and not just simply project everything you have done onto the rest of the community who simply wish to play the game they like and not have it changed in the image of an egomaniac.

I will never understand people who quit the game, or ā€œbunnyhoppingā€ back and forth until they find the ā€œperfectā€ battle where it is ā€œfunā€ because they will be in first place in the end. To me, such people always look like they are used to their comfort zone and donā€™t know how to play differently if something happens that is not according to ā€œtheir style of playā€.

For example, it only motivates me even more to stay in the battle if you see that it is going steamrolled, because the ā€œfun factorā€ turns on to really resist and ruin the day for a few tryhards. And at the end youā€™ll still get xp and some rewards.

Donā€™t you think itā€™s a ā€œloser mentalityā€ and nothing more? Itā€™s just a game after all. Wouldnā€™t you be motivated to try harder and defeat those pseudo-veterans rather than just running away and getting the same battle 10 times in a row? Arenā€™t there bigger problems in life than ā€œsuperior veteransā€

This guy, necro dead threads from September

Itā€™s not just that, but it is one of the main reasons people leave. Another, as I said in the post, is disliking the map/gamemode, and other leave simply because they need to do something else. Regardless, what the OP posted does nothing to address any of these issues. Matchmaker address that ā€œloser mentalityā€ as you call it, the ability to ban maps or gamemodes would prevent people from quitting games where they do not like the map or gamemode and not much can be done about external forces causing people to quit.

Bro, donā€™t forget your katana when you go! Also if you come back, remember to bring some stats with ye!

been thinking about my behavior and have to admit I am wrong and you are right, just so you can pretend like you are superior to me to satisfy your egos

and so here is more stats for you, enjoy

I recant my statements about ideas and suggestions to encourage players to be more intelligent in playing their squads, that was a terrible idea, what was I thinking?

I have now joined the hive mind, we should quit matches and punish players who donā€™t lose at least 20-25 squads per match with only 20-30 kills, and we should reward the players that lose many squads, because winning wars and games is all about who can lose the most men, you guys helped me see the light

soldiers as throwaway resource? was true in ww1, ww2 and even modern times.
