Replace the M18 with the M26 Pershing (Normandy)

Even the Puma can kill with the Jumbo.

How is it related to our conversation?

Bacause you stated

Its not a 1 to 1 game, but i still think there should be some balance, the M18 dosnt feel balanced, its a filler that most people wont even use.
Hell i charge it with infantry and shoot the crew.

Lol look at the br in war thunder . Tiger e is 5.7 ,Pershing is 6.7 . Meanwhile tiger2p is also 6.7. Why use a weird example that the strength of two vehicle is very different.

You forgot this part ^

And now the argument destroying the title of this post.
The T26 is a medium tank and the M18 is a tank destroyer.

But the most important thing is that we came to a consensus and now we know that there was no T26 in Normandy, and we can only add it in the Ardennes as an equivalent against Tiger II.

Should we remove the Jumbo then? it was not on DDay too (4th time this is mentioned now)

Its counterpart in the campaign is panzer4 70v not the tiger1. Both are just filler in the campaign anyway.

Normandy is not just D-Day.

then give me maus vs t95 on beach of normandy and time traveling t-34-122 and is-6 vs that thing

Easier solution: enlarge the playable are so that give murican tanks a chance to flank.
Us tank are way more agile and fast than germans.
But thanks to maps nobody could use that advantage.
And stop playing tanks like armored knights on horseback at jousting tournamet.

Pershing didn’t saw action in Normandy IRL, it only took part in some limited actions at the end of the war.

This change in allies will bring change to axis as well, you suggested change m18 to m26, then I am afraid the Dev might put king tiger on to the table. No more high calibre tank until serious rebalance are place in

The battle of Normandy ended on august the 30th, while Jumbo arrived in France 22th September 1944, I can tolerate Jumbo in Normandy, since it just missed the campaign by less than 1 month, While Pershing arrived in Europe on Early January 1945 and did not see combat until February 25th 1945, almost half a year. That is something which I could not tolerate. If allies got Pershing, I am sure that Axis will get King tiger or Tiger 2, since it actually saw combat in Normandy campaign.
