Replace/ remove the Chauchat

Strange combinations of weapons are sometimes found. The Japanese Army also deployed the Carcano Mod. 1891 and the Kar98k.

Those uniforms are not people’s militia but they look oddly blue (same for the Germans)

But their helmets with red stars actually look like Soviet helmets compared to the ones regular squads have

Oops
Sorry, I thought you are a man

than i wasn’t wrong.

i thought that i was colorblinded

i guess that’s a good sign. perhaps…

:expressionless:

Are feeding malfunctions (apart from bolt-action rifles) and crooked iron sights actually simulated in this game? The jittery recoil and low rate of fire seem like they would be the worst downsides, but I have seen some people mysteriously consider low rate of fire a good thing, because high rate of fire can make the weapon uncontrollable. Though I disagree with that assessment, I suppose for those people the exact same reasoning would apply to the Chauchat as well!

If someone owns and has used the Chauchat often, what is the recoil like on that thing?

In game, Chauchat is okay…ish when it comes to recoil

In real life, Chauchat was known for it’s terrible recoil which ended up completely uncomfortable to user’s shoulder

I’m one of them, especially considering recoil is such a factor with LMGs, though I have yet to try the chadchat. I love the M3 right now for that reason, and it makes what little ammo it has last longer.

I bought it for being a meme gun in its entirety, however.

The chauchat was used by the soviet army during the Russian civil war, and not by the German forces it was used by the Finnish, and if I am not worng by soviet partisans.

And yes it’s a very bad gun overall, the weird part is the MG-30, this gun was actually never accepted into service by german infantry(it was used in the air force), only austria, hungary and Switzerland.

They really should work on explaining more about those squads, the only way of the Germans using the MG-30 is austrian or hungarian soldiers.

And the chauchat probably was in use fr, the soviets used every wepon they had…

Confusing times

Austria was a part of the German empire so there were a lot of austrian soldiers in the Wehrmacht
So using MG-30 is realistic

I picked a couple of them up from dead soldiers

It’s basically a slower firing Madsen with worse recoil, the saddest thing is, the bad recoil is actually realistic!!!

So It’s far from CHADchat, it’s more like BADchat

Again, adding a ww1 gun which is known for being ā€˜ā€˜the worst LMG in human history’’ to a ww2 game is probably a bad idea

I know that’s what I said but I’d like them to actually explain who used what instead of us trying to figure it out…

Well it only works if you’re chad.

They don’t have time to explain

They are busy developing casinos, premium money, premium squads and amazon-simulator gameplay

Chau chad is not OP weapon and i know Madsen is best LMG in Moscow for the Russia we agree on that

It’s the only LMG for Russia (if we avoid the trashchat)

But I agree premiums should be weaker than regulars

To me it seems the Chad Chad machine gun is an undisputed top tier automated killing machine. The obscenely high rate of fire of the PPD apparently causes it to be weaker than any other SMG in the game, and therefore the low rate of fire makes this Chad Chad gun the leader in its own class. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

show me footage of you melting the enemy team then
