You know exactly why I do this, dont act like I am playing most matches BR2 Germany because I like to farm new players.

Body armor could have been an interesting trade-off, protection in exchange for reduced mobility. But they are too lazy to design a realistic system, so it is better to remove all effects.
Most of those people are those who know that body armor doesn’t really have a big impact on game balance and few people use it, they just use it to get buff for the German faction.
