In the “Reinforcements received” events, you’ll upgrade your army with unique and well-armed squads, rare weapons, vehicles and always-useful items. Main rewards will help you unlock content that normally takes more time to reach in a regular lineup.
By May 1945, the imminent surrender of German forces was beyond doubt - Allied soldiers were marching triumphantly through German cities as the Red Army was taking control of the last districts of Berlin.
On May 8, 1945, shortly before midnight Central European Time, the German Instrument of Surrender was signed. For 80 years now, we have been commemorating the heroic deeds of our ancestors and celebrating this day on May 8 in most European countries (Victory in Europe Day) and on May 9 in several countries of the former USSR (Victory Day)!

From May 7th (13:00 UTC) to May 31st (13:00 UTC), get battle score in battles and move up the rewards ladder! You have two days to complete each task!
Rewards
You’ll get rewards during the whole event, and the further you progress through it, the more valuable they’ll become. You can easily skip a few tasks and still get the main rewards!
The aircraft comes without a squad and is available for the No. 144 Squadron (Attacker pilot II).
Terms
Tasks are updated every two days at 13:00 UTC, and the scoring starts again. Be sure to collect your reward before then, if you have managed to accumulate the required number of battle points, otherwise the task will not count.
The task can be completed in the Squads mode.
From May 31st (13:00 UTC) to June 2nd (13:00 UTC), after the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to purchase any missing rewards for Gold.
Kv 1 “nr 864” in real life if anyone is interested
The kv 1 “nr 864” belonged to the famous tank commander Zinovi Kolobanov who defended Leningrad with his kv 1e tank. During his mission in Krasnogvardeisk he destroyed a column of 43 german tanks in 1941. After the battle was over they counted 156 hits in his tank all non pen. Obviously the skin is inspired by this event since the tank has lots of hit marks. Instead of adding an actual kv 1e the devs used the incorrect kv 1 zis 5 model. Either way pretty cool bit of history even if it has no place in the VE day event.
ah man, like what ive and others said, the events rewards arent worth it anymore, its demoralizing. I`m not gonna waste my time for a tank camo and a plane (idk how to use planes) even the weapons are downsized too

the skin for the KV1 opens up a new type of rewards that could be interesting but I would prefer to see them for minor or celebratory events instead of in place of a main reward for a big event
recycled BP weapon is good news and can give the possibility to old BP weapons to be able to come back again in the form of events

the XA-38 is very interesting and is the only serious reward for this event
