Call me crazy but I believe (and totally not due to sekrit leaks) that the 2025 VD Event will suck in terms of rewards, so all I do is leaving a pic and link to make it easier to compare for people…

yeah it kinda does because rewards are rather limited.
( and… you guessed it. for only one nation )
and… nothing really beated a gold order to get whatever anyone really wanted / needed.

I mean I would accept loss of GO for a decent weapon in return. Or maybe new decals instead.
But based on what I have seen, I am not impressed. Not even in regards to normal event weapons.

I’m waiting with my complaining post that i have already made on reddit few days ago.
We really need a better tank reward like Soviet Matilda that’s been sitting in game files for years plus gold weapon chest

Best we can get in terms of tanks are skins now.
And they get surprised that game gets stagnating and losing players every month when there are no major updates. We both know that events in past year were ultra disappointing, Gaijin completely dropped the ball and doesn’t even bother with releasing vehicles that are already added in the editor. Only BP, TT additions with major updates and Premium squads get full attention for some reason, while rest just doesn’t matter to them. They think we will get satisfied with 1/4 of the rewards we have got in the past.

Even BP aint that impressive considering the past delays and worse rewards overall for the same price.
Selection of past 4 German BP weapons were all disappointing or just mediocre like Mors that is a cool weapon but not really usable with BR2 meta. Actually it may be even worse than Mp34.
I could as well add S-18-100 to the list of disappointments. That’s how i could also summarize current state of Germany across all BRs with the exception of BR3/4.
And i dont even get what’s the point in being so cheap with the rewards?
It would cost them nothing to give +3 main weapon rewards in one of the big annual events (1 per faction so everyone has something) which would already make it a lot better than the sekrit version.
They don’t want you to get too much of free stuff anymore they want you to buy premiums.
You can’t forget that current Enlisted is now fully under Gaijin control and they are the ones that are making those unrewarding events. WT players will tell you how bad are WT’s events when compared to very old events or even battlepasses.
Even paid events like Thunder League 2015 were amazing
Personally, I didn’t like the new event but still waiting for it just to spend time for grind lol. but what bothers me is germany always kicked out from this “arsenal victory” reinforcements. I get it they lost, its about winners but, since we care about so called “balance” across the factions, they should also add something to germans, maybe a fighter plane?, or some kind armored thing or a weapon like luftfaust? smt related to berlin’s last defenders. soviets got t34-100- allies got free guns and whirlwind last year, now another faction will get good plane and tank again
Nope Germany will stay as the punching bag for the Soviets/USA, only veterans that still remember cbt, whales, bots or masochist are still playing that nation in 2025.
yeah for some reason germany is really punching bag, only thing gives them a chance to fight back is the their playerbase depending on BR, they gives good things to allies for a while then adds 1 or 2 thing to germany and expects them to forget all suffering lol, its always sad to see when german players complains they seen as fan bois
You are really on point with the golden weapon box. With the recent down tiering of certain GO weapons like the Suomi KP-26 to BR II it would have created a lot of hype for this event. Even better if they could have kept the GO shop as it is and kept giving us these GO weapons as event rewards. Definitely a lost marketing opportunity.
