Having the new marders,which will almost certainly be worse StuGs,be at BR3,just shouldnt happen.StuGs should have been brought to BR2 anyways since the M1 bazooka buff makes it worse in every possible way than the turreted panzer 4s,and now that we have less armoured and open top marders…what’s the point of even adding it if it’s going to be obsolete to pre-existing veichles most people have and already use anyways?Having these at BR 2 will allow the upcoming higher BR tank to fight upteired tanks feature to be more effective for the germans,as you trade infantry support power for the reason you get said tanks in the first place,to fight these more heavily armoured veichles.

The preformance is almost garunteed to be worse then the StuG since they are open topped and have a lot thinner armour,and the StuGs are already redundant at BR3,so I dont see why a BR change is much to ask for.

Marder is basically the same as the SU-76 which is BR2.

The marder penetration is more than 100 mm

Well they might add STUG III G or STUG IV with coax into BR3 and turn STUG III F into a research placeholder like Panzer IV F2

The Marder’s have less than 30 Grams TNT filler
The Su 76mm has 150 Grams of TNT Filler a 3x the Ammunition count
We know how much Warthunder/Enlisted loves Explosive filler

All TDs should be one BR lower than turreted tanks. Marder is even more vulnerable than Stugs it needs to go down in BR to BR2.

Well yeah Explosive filler is OP, but in the end that means Marder has enough pen to fight much higer BR tanks - however this wouldn’t be any issue if the devs finally made all TDs worth it.
Like SU85 BR3 for example.
Yeah, an example how to completel kill of any BR2 tankers.
It has better armor than classic T-34/85 and the same gun. That’s extremely OP for being put against BR1 and BR2.
But it should be lowered to BR4.
SU85 has 45mm of armor
I am not talking about SU85M

there is one big difference… marder isnt soviet 
for marder 76mm gun i agree it should be BR2, but not so for marder H with 75mm gun.

The difference is small, both use german ammo, so the captured 76 still has high pen but less post pen.

my mistake… thought it used same ammo as soviets and had shit pen. then i would leave both on BR3. anything with over 140mm pen should be BR3+
But then there is zero point to add these vehicles, Panzer IV has the same gun and is vastly supperior.
