Reduce capture timer from 25 minutes to 10 or 15 minutes per cap

when defenders have overwhelming advantage and attackers camp it becomes extremely boring game of waiting 25 minutes to pass, so suggestion is to reduce that timer to 10 or 15 minutes.

I would rather not. I like the long games and have been pushing for longer game modes.

I do too. If the games were cut that short it would often screw attackers over too.

if a game lasts 25 minutes on tiny tiny part of map it’s just bad game design, it’s to long, after 15 minutes I already lose my mind, do goofy things, diving into greyzone etc.

15 minutes would’ve been PERFECTLY fine.

it’s really enough time to get into positions and attack.

except. the more time you spend in a match, the more you gain.

why would you actively shorten the already short matches lenght?

If this were to actually get through to the devs I’ll have no reason to play public matches except for events

And if you would like game modes to actually last that long I think you’d be better off asking for an official conquest game mode that everyone could play if they wanted to.

this is per cap limit. so match could still last 50 or 75 minutes if attackers actually attack.

exactly how? when defenders are roflstomping attackers it makes bad game for both defenders and attackers.

when defenders have such advantage that attackers cant take first cap for 10 or 15 minutes, it makes for shit xp gain cause attackers are camping or just getting slaughtered before they even come close to cap.

well, there are planty things to do even if your team is mostly useless.

such as killing as many as you can.

use planes, or tanks.

anything really.

unironically i gain almost more points when i lose than when i win.

mostly because those latter gets dragged over roflstomps.

gain what? for me more important is fun, not the grind, you can start another match which may give you more because of this.

so cause 1 player can get good xp other 19 player get stuck in shit match?

defenders have shit xp gain cause attackers are camping, attackers get shit xp cause they are getting slaughtered.

I’m not saying about quitting, I’m trying not to quit,

eh, it’s sad that so little players notice this, for me this is really big problem, game is boring and last too long in first stage.

not entirely if you are the one doing the killing.

and that exactly is the problem. i am often stuck not getting the kills cause i am defender, have competent teammates that are all hunting for kills on edge of the gray zone (and not getting kills), but i have to stay in battle for 25 minutes.

in those games usually half the attackers just quit and even some defenders do cause game is pointlessly long and boring.

if you play your sand castle that’s kinda normal you’re not getting kills.

enlisted does not reward you for sitting idle.

but actively seek bots to kill

do you understand that you cant get kills cause attackers are camping in gray zone? you have to search whole map to find those hidden attackers?

that’s why i do have snipers, lots of bombs, or even bolties.

not a single time ever happened to me that i couldn’t reach the enemy team in defense.

on offense on the other hand, sometimes because no thoughy on the capzones and we always ending up roflstomping them.

enlisted top gameplay is when you don’t have to put too much effort in finding bots to kill, it’s supposed to be fun war game not seeking simulator.
