25 minutes for attackers - reduce this time to 15-20 minutes

25 minutes is too much for a camper team, people on defense shouldn’t have to suffer because the other team can’t do anything and most importantly, DOES NOT WANT to do anything.

This is especially true for urban maps, where attackers can stay in the gray zone in a building.

15 - 20 minutes to try to occupy at least 1 strategic point is more than enough.

I feel like 15 minutes is too small, I had matches where I managed to finally break through the lines and capture the objective against all odds very late.

→ though I have also seen matches where the attackers only sniped in their spawn, and nothing ever happened so I can feel you.

I think 20 minutes per objective sounds reasonable.

Matches that are very unbalanced should end quickly as a punishment. Victory farming and faction stacking is the most toxic problem of this game.

Yeah, this is the problem. Not “long” cap time.

checked some of the longest games at that time and i have found maybe 1 or 2 games out of 20-30 that lasted over 35 minutes had attackers cap after 15 minutes at same cap. considering that such long games are relatively rare, i would say that over 99.5% of the games dont exceed 15 minutes per cap.

also in most of those games attackers could have captured that cap way sooner if they actually attacked. too many people are in vehicles or sniping.

yeah I think 15-20 minutes per cap is reasonable, damn, you could still have games over an hour just by running out of time if you manage to cap the points in time limit.

I don’t understand people who think it will make it more rushed, is 15 minutes to attack cap not enough? do you realize how long 15 minute is for one stage of the game? more than 15 minutes is snail’s tempo.

“best” argument is that maps are unbalanced so you can basically have 25 minutes on one cap, while e.g. 5 minutes on every other cap…

btw i have not noticed 25 minutes on any cap except first one when defenders have overwhelming advantage.

Felt the long mission types especially when there was events for certain amount of games. Felt like there were afk people on the attack team, so neither tickets were going down, nor points captured fast.
