Can anyone explain to me what the recoil control % stat indicates?
Also - anyone else notice the shot deviation stat isn’t correctly displaying for updraded weapons. A fully upgraded FG 42 for example has 35 for shot deviation with or without the -30% deviation upgrade.

2 things, it’s recoil compensation of the weapon and lowers recoil
If recoil control is 0% then the aiming point of the gun goes higher because of the recoil and it stays there
If it’s 100% then the aiming point of the gun will quickly return to its original place
If it’s 50% then it will return halfway to its original point
After spraying with an automatic gun, the compensating force reaches maximum after 2-3 shots
And yeah, the statcard doesn’t display dispersion upgrades, but they apply correctly

Btw shot deviation don’t get updated on the stat card. It keeps showing the stock dispersion.
So it’s basically reverse “first shot recoil”?
Personally I hate this stuff as it discourages shooting in bursts and encourages spraying.
Why not simply have a straight system, where each number of recoil means “distance of sight travels from center”,
whats the point of recoil controll stat when this could simply be part of the general recoil stat?
