Re-balance the Type 100

Usually the further you progress in the campaign, the better guns you get, but the Type 100 has more recoil and less ammo than the S1-100, while having just slightly more damage (which is no use if you don’t hit the target in the first place).

I think it should have less recoil (maybe 22 - 10 stock and 20 - 9 upgraded) while also deal less damage (damage nerf should apply to all 8mm Nambu guns - this cartridge wasn’t that powerful).

Yes it’s quite odd that the Type 100 is inferior to the starting SMG. It’s mostly again the annoying bullet dispersion mechanic which I 100% disagree with. But also because Japanese SMGs simply don’t do enough damage to justify their fire rate/ammo capacity.

More damage on distance. That’s important.

Surely upgrades will make a difference, although I know already 4 stars

not if you can’t hit at distance

what range? those smg are only useful on close range. tried shooting medium and long range with it, missed most of the shots even when i aimed and fired shot by shot. and those that hit, just got white markers. and it is fully upgraded. dispersion is shit on smg.

Dispersion is an annoying mechanic on anything. It’s silly and arbitrary.

Yea the type 100 has far too much recoil it really does need to be reduced by quite abit.

It should be the most controlable smg in the game the Nambu cartridge is similar in power to .22 Magnum so the recoil should be nonexistent with its weight, and muzzle break. 10 vertical and 5 horizontal should be realistic.
