With the current random spray, you can observe that a random spray occurs from the first bullet even when the machine gun is mounted and fired.
This doesn’t really make sense, and it’s also a factor that lowers the fun of the game.
Most of the fps game random spray is designed to occur when you shoot for more than a certain period of time.
However, the random spray of Enlisted exists from the first shot of fine sight.
If it was intended to express the uneven performance of guns during World War II or the inexperienced shooting skills of soldiers
It should be expressed in terms of gun/muzzle shake and difficulty in line-of-sight alignment rather than random spray.
It should also be designed so that it can be overcome by raising the soldier’s level.

Yes. Random spray should almost disappear from fps games. Random sprays are ruining the game. Machine guns are especially bad in this game. In this game, the machine gun’s bullets do not come out of the muzzle and come out of the air.
I prefer pseudorandom spread over a pre-defined spread
Makes the game more realistic and competitive, since you can’t just learn the spread and pull the trigger full auto, but need to actually fire bursts and re-aim.
Just don’t try to onetap, fire in bursts instead and you are fine. It this a waste of ammo? Yes, but it works.
And honestly I don’t mind this change as it doesn’t allow you to use MG like a giant semi auto rifle, which is a plus in my book. Each weapon class should be unique and MGs are the hardest to ballance in that matter.

~60% of my kills are made with machine guns, so I know a thing or two.
Although, changing random dispersion into random sway (don’t confuze it with recoil) will give the same results but will have more logical sense and will be more pleasing visually.
SMG-34 is just as much of a laser as it was before the patch, you now miss maybe 5 rounds out of 50 if you’re jumping around like a spastic while lasering down people
Adding CS:GO recoil and spray patterns isn’t the way to go
It is if you aren’t dumping the entire belt in one go. Fire it in small bursts while standing and the recoil doesn’t even have time to kick in.
Nevermind hipfire that’s even more effective in CQC because of the spread
