That’s the problem its not US some people prefer to have some US LMG for lower BRs… Cuz i Have my British setup but when I have to make my US I must use Bren or Not use LMG squad member

Dude knows nothing about premium squads i own both Colt Monitor and wz 1928 and both first one have 5x BARs and polish bar are carried by 4 soldiers. Do you really think it will be fine at BR2? They will be fighting against weak underpowered smgs/rifles and also new ppl at BR1 with unupgraded bolties. BAR is superior MG at BR3 and at BR2 there will be not a single gun that could compete against it, you have amazing firepower, good mobility (rest of MGs get massive -25% penalty), manageable recoil, great sights, fast reload. PS W.A.R has even less of sprint speed penalty at -20%. I’m glad you don’t work at the DF since you would bring super strong guns at the BR1 because why not?

You can make the premium squads to BR III solved … in normal squads you can have 3 at max and assaulter squad will be better then LMG squad even then cuz you can equip 5 people with SMGs
Just removing one weapon won’t make a gun to perform worse and justify dropping it by entire BR tier. It will be as powerful as before and i don’t think we should punish paying players they are already punished by buying some squads that got power creeped (like STG45 or AS-44 or MP18) or outright broken like rockets of Panzerwerfer 42 that don’t do dmg most of the time while you explode instantly against anything.
SMG squads at BR1-2 with a mediocre smgs and rifles won’t be able to compete against BAR if you bring it to BR2. Do you want me to que at BR2 and murder newbies all day long and make them quit the game for good?
I think you are also missing a big picture not only movement speed is much higher so you can easily attack enemies and even flank but also ADS is superior to mediocre MG13
vs awful 0.25 of the MG13 + 50% sprint penalty. All German MGs except GO or premium BARs are only useful in the defensive situations that’s why i rarely use them since you know the best defensive is the offensive.
Ok as design perspective you wanna play early war but you cant have LMG guy with US LMG is that normal? Then lets not start with USSR at BR II and I all your options are SMGs… there is one LMG that is just MEH… no semi auto … not appealing weapons at all no wonder is under populated I made exactly one game and I remembered why i don’t play USSR
Yes ? I Dont think the Mg34 / 42 belongs to BR1-2 games either regardless of theyr early war status.
And as your issue here is pretty much a cosmetic one, I highly doubt they will change it just because of that.

Thats quite a stretch, havent really played BR5 as GE lately so idk have things actually changed so dramatically.
But last time I did there were no shortage of soviet BR5 players and tbh currently it is by far easier to progress in soviet TT than its in GE TT that is full of duplicates.
You can’t have BAR at low BR because it’s too powerful for that BR tier, it’s a gameplay and balancing decision you need some distinction between tiers otherwise you will end only with a single tier like in old Enlisted. Soviets got their RPK and it’s really good it’s a mini BAR you should try playing it just once. Soviets have amazing smgs and don’t really need better MGs, i have a lot of Bredas from Stalingrad and using them as spare MGs, hell even my Chauchat MG is doing fine at BR2 and you want to throw much superior BAR there at same BR for no reason but to disrupt and destroy meta.
Only underpopulated nation in the game is Germany and Japan everyone plays as USA and Soviets, nobody cares that the BAR is not at BR2 or that the Soviets doesn’t have amazing MGs at BR2 since everything else from their TT or gold orders are amazing.

Well that’s the reason they play BR V cuz there you have a lot of good equipment at BR I and II there is nothing literally nothing then SMGs…On BR V you have AK 47 ofc they gonna play at BR V…
Yes but you have German options with US you don’t have option you have to use the British LMG …imagine with Germany if all you got was the Italian one…
Gotcha, soviets suffer because they dont have to grind thru countless amount of duplicates.
And got the best tools in arguably most used weapon class.

Yesterday i have played 6 matches as Soviets at BR2-3 and won every single match, most of the enemies were bots. So in which universe do you see Soviet population dying? It’s quite the opposite both at low and high BR.
Well for me was terrible experience playing with Japan at BR II is so much better so much better there you have good vehicles but when I need to play with their small arms … maybe that rocket artillery squad is the only option cuz the LMG is trash …or maybe I can try RPK-1943 but its not appealing enough to give my gold orders for it. BR I and II as USSR is just dead literally dead …

yes nothing on BR I and II that I like nothing not a single thing only the vehicles the small arms are just mediocre bolt action rifles and SMGs

Well for Germany you have a lot of options literally there I can run multiple setups that I can enjoy with Allies also but UK cuz with my US squads I must use too much UK equipment. To be honest the only thing I regret is I was not buying all the premium Aussie squads now I would have tank ,plane and full set up of Aussie faction…
devs confirmed in the russian post with premium rocket artillery radio squads that they are already planning to give SOME SLR to Soviet BR2 in place of SVD-30 that was suggested as one on russian half and instead was added as a premium wespon because why not, just havent revealed what SLR yet
Whats the point of a rocket artillery vehicle if it can’t direct aim and doesn’t have any defensive weapons? Like, Calliope is otherwise a Sherman with a toxic shit on top of it, German one at least got an MG and even then considered not great, Katyusha got nothing.

Well its BR I and II it will be fun to use and you can combine it with the event squad and the premium rocket squad there will be a lot of rockets and soviets used a lot of rockets during the war not everything is just I wanna have the best vehicle i wanna have fun
