I got this 3 tank with the same gun, what are the differences between them ? I have been using the PZ III N just cause it looks cooler than the other two.
But other than the looks what are the main differences for this 3 tank ?
Panzer IIIN has Side Skirts and HEAT
Other than that they are very similar (very strong Anti Infantry). Panzer IIIN is the better allrounder.

panzer 3n can survive ptrs from the sides due to the side skirts. It also has top mounted mg for aa purposes and it has 7 heat shells that will help it fight t34s and shermans

HEAT only for SG tank.
Also N is a bit smaller and faster(?) I think

pretty sure tech tree one gets a few HEAT rounds…not as many as SG

Oh so the HEAT rounds are Unique to the PZ III N, than i will stick to that one, the AP is often enough too weak to deal even with T-50 if it only shows its angled front.

IV E has 30mm turret armor and 60mm front with 36 HE and AP
IV F1 has 50mm both turret and front with 36 HE and AP
III N has 50mm turret and 20mm add on armor at the front plate 25 AP and HE but also 7 HEAT rounds
So the III N is the best version in terms of armor and firepower due to the addition of HEAT but loses out on ammo storage compared to the IV.

no it’s not SG version replaces all HE with HEAT but normal 3N replaces only a couple HE shells with HEAT
PZ3N is the best there are no competition, it’s better both in survivability and firepower, those other two need a buff.
The othere 2 should get HEAT aswell and then you can chose between more ammo and more protection instead of objectively worse and better.

Balancing is not one of the strenghts of Gaijin from what i have seen in WT so im not supprised.
Is it same for the later BRs that one of the same BR tanks is superior to the rest of the same BR in every aspect ? If i had to guess BR 5 is sure like that as they pack a Tiger I and Tiger II in the same BR.

They did but that is what you get with just 5 BR without the .3 steps like in WT
But in WT the Tiger is same BR as the Panther A or G on 6.0 , i was supprised to see it as not BR IV but V.
Well the H1 and the panthers are BR 4 but the E version is BR 5
Is it worth playing on BR IV ? Or it just gets dragged into BR V non stop too ?
If you like it you can still use it and if you are lucky you get into a BR 3 and BR 4 lobby.
It will mostly come down if you like the rest of the equipment you get at BR 4 or not.
It can be viable at BR 4.
N has the best armor of the 3, has the better ammo of the 3, and has a top mounted MG.
