This German squad appears to be the Waffen SS, but it is unclear which division it is.
Also, imagine if squads were not priced the same as full games, then maybe way more people would be willing to buy them.
How many truly think that a couple of premiums squads are worth the same as, say, Oblivion Remastered?
For me personally, I’ve never bought a pre-order pack, and I likely never will, and if a squad does interest me I’ll wait a year or more for the seperate and more reasonable price of the one squad I’m actually interested, than rather buy in bulk for things I don’t care about.

although,
first thing first, the 3d modeler team of clothings killed it yet again.
props to them. the pin on the beret and the pea dot camouflages alongside the new helmet looks insanely good.
I hope, and can’t wait to get this new model without the netting and replace the older inflated and unrealistic models that do not match the current splintertarn camouflage.

second of all, not a complaint, even though might feel like one, but i couldn’t help to notice:
my own gripes
kinda weird to give silenced stgs and camouflages to Werwolves. which historically were almost non-existant ( as it was more of a concept and last resort which never materialized outside few “claimed” operations, and worse, even more poorly equipped than volkssturm. ) even though association hardly has anything to do with anything when it comes to enlisted.
now, i am not asking to represent little girls or boys within enlisted ( unlike some people did a while ago 
) but my point is, it just feels disconnected.
like, wasn’t it easier to just base them on the closest thing would have received / assigned such rifle and looking uniforms to actual ss units?.
or, a more " safer " units ( despite ss being in this game already ), volksgrenadier units?.
i’ll be the first one to say that it’s kinda of a nothing burther and not many people might care etc.
but again, seems weird to use correlations for one faction, such as the the british one gets correct berets etc. but completely messed it up on other fronts.
EDIT: turns out the british beret is from a real life norwegian squad…
so … not even research.
with that being said, even more good looking pieces locked forever behind a single squads 
but hey, im glad my suggestions were taken in consideration

I dont recognize that bunker behind them. Looks a bit like the reichstag bunkers but it is in forest enviroment. This might be a location in the upcoming Wald map

I wish they would sell the squadrons separately because I’m only interested in the silenced STG44.
Will we also hear about the new weapons coming in the next update? Maybe this week…

The leaked picture said it was part of “eastern front”. On the other hand these pre order squads are western front. Or the premiums might not be tied to the map at all. Guerilla update gave us squads for ussr and germany while the map was bulge. Also the promotional picture for british squad seems to just be typical normandy and not the new map. This leads me to think it will be eastern front. Perhaps seelow expansion. There is an unused part of seelow that looks lot like the leaked image

If they reclassified the squads, you would have people either complaining they retained their engineers and AT soldiers (as the only guerrilas in game), or you would have people complaining they ditched those soldiers. It’s a move that would piss off a lot of people either way.
As for silenced weapons, there already are silenced weapons for both Axis and Allies from old BP - Erma EMP and M3 respectivelly, and I think the allies also had a supressed semi-auto rifle?
So while more variety would not hurt, it’s not really needed, and it does not need to be premium squad guns specifically either.

So if I buy them after the premiere without gold and nonsense like portraits, will it be cheaper for me, just as expensive, or much more expensive? It’s quite an important question, guys.
You can’t change an existing squad this way
First there’s people that paid for it that might want to keep it this way, or even just people that grinded for them/got them from the veteran boxes
Secondly these squads have an engineer and an AT gunner, so this causes another issue since guerrillas don’t have them

The squads are not of the same BR.
Unless you are willing to take PPS-43 to BR5 as Germany and use Király (perhaps other BP SMG like Cönders) with your TT guerrillas.
As for US, they have one TT, one event with BR3 semi-auto rifles and this new BR4 squad.
Maybe they will be able to, but I doubt it would be worth it in higher BRs.

A shame its a premium squad as I wanted it to be an event one.
We can only hope that similar event squads will be added along with the update.
