All fine, because majority of these weapons are already in game, but Poland was allied both with USRR and western Allies so there is a problem with a BR 3- 5 tech tree.

Polish forces allied with USRR may use T-34-85 and IS-2 (they received some tanks), but they are excluded from maps like Omer and D-Day.

Polish forces allied with USA may use M4A2 or maybe Firefly, but they will not fight on Eastern Front obviously.

My suggestion is that after BR 3 there will be two paths of progression:

  • Poland allied with USSR (T-34-85 + IS-2 + Soviet planes)
  • Poland allied with USA (M4A2 + Firefly + USA planes)

If a player wants to play River crossing or Ministry Garden - he needs to use weapons of USSR.
If he wants to play D-Day or Hurtgen Forest - he needs to use weapons of USA.

Poland army exile who fleed from Poland was integrated in the commonwealth forces and the other joined soviet forces, is impossible make them a full faction, therefore the better solution is add premium and event polish squad for allies, and some TT squad and equipment to soviet

Republic of Poland (1927-1929) Light Tank – 2 Prototypes Built After regaining independence in 1918, Poland found itself in a difficult situation. Even though it barely returned to the map of Europe after 123 years, it was under constant threat of an attack from both the east and the west. To stand a chance against…

Smeaton Sochaczewski Carrier

United Kingdom/Republic of Poland (1944-1945) Armored Carrier – Design Only Poland had been crushed in WW2. Hitler had invaded Poland from the west on 1st September 1939, followed by a Soviet invasion from the east 16 days later. Despite dogged resistance, it was all futile and the country was split between the two ideologically opposing…

Dominion of Canada/Republic of Poland (1943) Armored Trolly – None Built The Dominion of Canada had a population of just 11 million people at the outbreak of WW2, yet the Canadian contribution to the Allied victory was enormous. A quarter-million men and women from Canada served in the Air Force alone during the war, along…

Republic of Poland (1937-1939) Light Amphibious Tank – 1 Prototype Built At the end of the 1920s, the well-known tank designers from the Vickers company – engineers John Valentine Carden and Captain Vivian Loyd – built a new, specialized variant of a small reconnaissance tank, an amphibious vehicle known as the Vickers-Carden-Loyd Amphibian Tank. Kahn’s Obstacle Ball / Rolling Fortress ‘Tank’

United Kingdom/Republic of Poland/Mandatory Palestine (1941) Moving Fortress – Sketches Only Kahn’s Obstacle Ball or Rolling Fortress tank, a giant concrete ball-shaped tank, comes from the unlikely source of Mandatory Palestine. Mandatory Palestine is, perhaps, not the first place which comes to mind when considering military inventions, but what it did have was a large…

wz.31

Republic of Poland (1931) Armored Car – None Built By the early 1930s, the Polish army still didn’t have any type of reconnaissance vehicle that was truly successful. The main armored car (actually a half-track vehicle) was the wz.28, which had a lot of imperfections, like weak armor and armament. The new wz.29 ‘Ursus’ (as…

The Tanks of Pawel Chrobok

Republic of Poland (1940-1943) Tank/Armored Personnel Carrier – None Built The Enigmatic Colonel Chrobok Of the many Polish tank designs prior to 1945, those from the pen of Pawel Chrobok are perhaps some of the most unusual. Republic of Poland (1936) Tankette – 1 Prototype Built Origins While working on the C2P light unarmored carrier, Polish technicians from BBT Br. Panc. (pol. Biuro Badań Technicznych Broni Pancernej ; the Armored Weapons Technical Research Bureau ) started a project to build a TKS tankette with the undercarriage of this unarmored vehicle.

i mean they could be limited to br 1-3 and have a theater in 1939 but i’d much rather see a finland/china faction first

Well, personally I would prefere all additional nation after the main one become sub Tree

  • UK (commonwealth) an France sub Tree of USA
  • Italy, Finland and Romania sub tree of Germany
  • Poland sub tree of the soviet
  • And Japanese can get some Manchurian squad equipped with Chinese equipment…

Also this keep the faction number to 4 and let each faction fight other two

  • Allies/soviet Vs axis and Japanese
  • Axis/Japanese Vs allies and soviet

the thing with finland is that they fought both germany AND the ussr during ww2, it would be the most interesting faction tree to get added

For sake of keep thing simple i would prefere avoid X nation having duplicate in a enemy nation, that’s why for a gameplay aspect Finland should stay just in axis faction and avoid have squad in soviet TT

no no, im saying finland should become a standalone faction like the ussr because they have the winter war, continuation war, and the lapland war

Okay, but this should be true even for Italy who fight on two front… And Romania, Hungary… I mean the problem is not add nation, is avoid make everithing a soup and disperse the queue/playerbase

Lol you expect dev put that much focus on a minor nation in WW2?
The best you can get is Leningrad.

My idea:

abc

BR 1-3 - campaign of September 1939.

BR 4-5 - weapons and vehicles of USRR or USA.

BOTH are grindable, but not both usable in battle.

For example - player can take PPSh-41 and T-34-85 and play Tractor Plant / River crossing, but if he will equip PPSh-41 and Firefly this will lock ‘START’ button until he will fix his army.

Yeah, I know they’ll never do it, but a man can dream

darkflow is not going to add two BR5 queues for 1 faction

No need of more BR 5 queues. USRR and USA queues are sufficient for that.

I dont like that. Why should it be locked?

Polish units should be integrated into both Soviet and US factions, there is literally no way to make them a standalone faction.
Not in terms of equipment, not in terms of MM.
