Just make the spawnpoints self destruct if there is too many bots “stuck” on it. Would Solve the problem. Just say that if the bots can’t get out of spawn, its not a legit spawnpoint.
Its what this game is about, the squad combat, so taking away from that will surely kill the game.

When you thought rally points in attics were bad:
Dude built his own little bunker with all doors blocked with sandbags and wires
This one on a balcon that can only be accessible by “goat climbing” just so he could get back to his little sniper spot

Good reasons to have two types of rally points, one for your squad only and one for the whole team.
Some times have past since this discusion and some things have changed.
My concern for bots often made it so that I played to passively and to cautiously. I especially didn’t want to run through places without cover if an enemy was nearby. And I played far more agressively when all my bots were dead and only I was standing.
Basically in testin some advice given here I stared to ignore my bots living or dying for the most part and playing more offensively.
I would say the game became more fun, and action packed. Bots are still mostly meat for the meat-grinder, but they can be at least usefull in that task if you do it right and bring results. Generally also made me earn more kills and points, which I thought was counter-intuitive.
Also I don’t think the issue is growing. I remember encountering the attic spawnpoint perhaps once every dozen or two dozon games on Normandy, but recently I haven’t seen it at all.
So i don’t think it has grown into any sort of game destroying issue.
And as it was said, the spawn point is the main issue, but I sitll maintain that at least in minority of cases in Conquest specifically it can provide an advantage, if it is close to the point, and allows to avoid detection unlike a spawnpoint in the open. Also could be player dependent, but it sometimes happens where I am alone defending and retaking a single point for an entire games.
I think where it is really detrimental is in on Invasion and Assault, and on the offensive. I think mass of bots matters most on the attack in breaking through to a point. On the defensive I don’t think fighting with your whole squad matters that much. They get a granade in the when you are not looking, and after you die you need to run back from the spawnpoints. This is often the time when the point is lost.
