The Soviets are not known for their anti-tank weapons, most of their AT guns have terrible penetration. Their best AT gun is the 57mm ZIS 2, able to penetrate up to 140mm of RHA.
They mostly rely on their heavy assault guns such as ISU 152, ISU 122 to deal with German heavy tanks.
