In current game, AN/M2 Stinger has a 200 round ammo box, which is an error.
In fact, it can only carry 100 round. You can find the same conclusion in Ian McCollum’s video.
Compare the difference between 100 round ammo box and 200 ammo box, the latter is twice as large.
If the ammo capacity of AN/M2 Stinger is corrected to 100 round, it will be a huge nerf in the game. Perhaps you should compensate for this by reducing the recoil of Stinger. Make it easier to control.
About Type 100 MG, it has 900 RPM, way faster than 660. Muzzle velocity 780, weight 15 kg.

Is 100 ammo really too much? I will say that if you want 100 ammo then it base ammo must be 100/100 instead of 200/0 and 100/300 with big ammo otherwise no as for type 100 whatever if it real life version is better then sure change it

200 bullets in an MG is overkill, but we can call it even if every other faction gets something like that

in same video he tells you that 200 rounds were available for airplane and marines cut those boxes in half for ease of carrying.

I’m not sure about this. In the post-war photos, Stinger clearly used a standardized 100 round ammo box.
In either case, it only has 100 round.

I thinks is just a code mistake, instead of be 100/100 is 200/0, nothing that’s can’t be fixed with a small hotfix
nope if it was a bug then they would have mention it the day the event was announce other wise why no one mention it until now? kinda sus of all of you

the day the browning 1919 was released, the gun was without sound, the belt was flying near the gun and there wasn’t visual recoil, bug can happen

Also can be just a mistake of info who was passed to the guy who coded it, again is nothing that can’t happen and Wen happen as @NonNational did just report it here and on the Bug site, so it can be fixed faster

Stinger has been present in the editor since March last year. It had 200 round at that time.
Developer even updated the iron sight before this event. It’s unlikely to be a code mistake.

It can be, if the gun is present from a lot and wasn’t supposed be released sooner, different thing can happen to make them forget to check determine parameters once is going be released

You should probably mention the source for that, which is Pg. 355 “Japanese Army Aviation Weapons: Development and Changes of Machine Guns and Cannons” (日本陸軍航空武器 機関銃・機関砲の発達と変遷) by by Sayama Jiro(佐山二郞)
But otherwise agree, Stinger shouldn’t have 200 rounds and Type 1 (100) should have its RoF fixed.

My opinion is that if devs choose to correct this mistake after publication, then it is 100% a nerf. It needs to be compensated in other aspects.
That’s not targeting the Soviets. All tilted armor has been repaired. The Jagdpanther used to be almost invincible, even IS-2 cannot penetrate it. But now Jagdpanther almost no longer appears.
since when did this topic become about soviet armor wth it should be about mg 100 now that i understand that im wrong about the stinger and it base ammo should be change to 100/100 not the current 200/0
