I believe Moscow before T-50 was introduced had been doing a fine job with it.

You mean when LMG was actually good untill soviets cried it to ground or you mean ppsh vs mp40 ?
I mean first weeks of Moscow. Bolt actions, strong MGs, strong SMGs, every tank can fight every tank at least.
The difference between T-50 and Panzer 4 F2 is that:
T-50 actually existed in that time period, and although it was in very limited amounts and for the most part in a different place (folks say Leningrad), it is possible that it could be present near Moscow. Some folks still feel a bit of grudge towards it, a fair treatment would be to make T-50 a gold order vehicle.
Panzer 4 F2 was not present during the battle of Moscow, it just began appearing during summer of 42. It should not exist in this campaign. Instead, it would have been better if there was a marder, or a StuG 3 F in it’s place.
