Well since I am shooting it without it losing the ability to shoot back. Or since I use 50mm L60 instead of 75mm HEAT.

I quite often fire first, kill around 2 crew members, and get killed in return in one hit. KV1 and T28E are both like this, unless you hit the lower chassis where you can take out their ammo.

I don’t see a problem with the 50mm armor of current tanks, but 70mm armor is too much for the Soviets, most of their tanks have less than 70mm penetration at 100 meters. (BT7A, T28E, T50,…)

Arent there other rounds those tanks can use? Something with more pen but reasonable post pen damage? That would fix some of Soviet tanks for sure.

As far as I know there is nothing for the T28E, the T50 has an APCR round, but no TNT explosive. Overall adding the PZ III L just makes the Soviets want the early T34s for the BR2.

I’d rather not touch anything from the beginning. That premium tank is already plenty. There’s no need for anything else.

A tank without HE rounds would be used about as much as a fighter without ordnance. (Bombs/rockets)
