I would like to suggest the Pz I Ausf.F, which would be usable, (unlike in Warthunder). Armed only with 2x Mg 34 (maybe with S.m.K.H Tungsten ammo and 22mm penetration) it is a very heavy light tank, which is all armor nothing else.
Historically, it was a early development, which only really materilised in 1942, along with its slightly bigger Pz II Ausf.J. Intended as a Breakthrough fortification attack tank, it was very heavily armored, with 80mm frontal, 50mm side and back and 25mm Top and bottom armor. While the II Ausf.J was armed with a 2 cm KwK 38 L/65 and Mg 34, the I Ausf.F was only armed with 2x Mg 34 and a crew of 2.
Duo to its sheer armor while beeing still small, it was relatively light, but also impervious to most AT guns, be it the 45mm guns and even 76mm Zis-2 gun.
The Pz II Ausf.J was even called the Tigers Cub.
In game at Rank I it would be an infantry shredder, maybe even equipped with S.m.K.H ammo which is a tungsten cored Ap ammo and 22mm penetration, allready used in the spanish civil war by germany against T-26s.
However its also quite slow with only 25 km/h, duo to its slow nature and weak armarment, along the Pz II Ausf.J they were rejected and not more than 30 were produced.
Its armarment is as mentioned above, only 2x Mg 34, which would be quite limited, both with 250 round Belt Sacks, and when equipped with pure S.m.K.H Tungsten AP rounds it would penetrate 22mm/10m and 19mm/100m. The ammo was given to the Infantry AND tanks. (By Merkblatt für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Infanterie und Panzern (see in Tap below).)
250 round belts, -10° to + 20° Elevation, 360° Traverse at 35°/sec.
